The room looked just like a hole - stuffiness (the air conditioners do not work, the hotel staff later told me they were turned off for a while, but it didn’t work at all in our room), very dirty (they don’t clean it at all, despite the fact that I repeatedly left tips), the beds were terribly uncomfortable, it was impossible to sleep, it was very hard, especially if you get burned in the sun, your body hurts a lot, instead of blankets, not a cover, but just an ordinary towel. Separately, I note the lack of lighting in the room (there were only two light bulbs, and then one on the table, the other near the beds), as well as plumbing. Entering the bathroom, I plunged into a quiet horror, mold was everywhere, wherever possible, on the wall, on the shower, near the toilet. To me, as a person who came to a 5 star hotel, it was wild and very disgusting. Having somehow spent the night in this nightmarish bungalow in stuffiness, the next day I went to knock out a hotel room. I lost half a day when I could sunbathe and relax for a long time without thinking about anything. As a result, we were settled in a hotel with a view of the rooftops (with a view of the sea is a surprisingly large rarity). The room was a little better. With air conditioning, the same trouble, but sometimes we were lucky, and he started to work. About food, I would like to note its diversity - fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, sweets, boiled, peppered, fried, dietary, pastries. I think everyone will find something to their taste. No one will leave hungry for sure. The only thing that spoiled my impression was the waiters. Once, after breakfast, we took two bottles of water, and a waiter stopped us at the exit of the restaurant with the remark that bottles cannot be taken out! This is despite the fact that some "light brown tourists" take out different food with plates or hide it in bags! We were stopped and expressed their fi! I was shocked! Is it ultra all inclusive?? ? As a result, 2 bottles of plain water had to be given away. It was terribly unpleasant, because we did not belong to the contingent that was most often in this restaurant. I never endured food, I didn’t run with mountains of plates, I didn’t push in lines, and, like some from a hungry land, I didn’t pick up food with backpacks! And just took two bottles of drinking water in the room! Okay. . . this means service, but I did not want to put up with it at all! We move on to the pool and the beach. There were a pool bar, a snack bar, a beach bar around. Drinks and snacks are always available. The beach is good, there were enough sun loungers, despite the fact that about 70% was occupied in vain (practice shows that tourists from the very morning occupied for some unknown purpose and left for their own business). There was enough space for everyone. The sea was calm in the morning. It's nice to swim in calm. After lunch, as a rule, a small storm began and, accordingly, from an almost crystal clear sea, it turned into a dirty one. In general, I liked the rest, but there are many "buts". I will say right away that this hotel needs a major overhaul and does not fit five stars in any way. . There are many disadvantages, first of all, the staff is arrogant and boorish, cleaning, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (civilization has not yet reached this hotel, Wi-Fi was only in the lobby, and in the evening it hung a lot due to congestion). Would I go there again, no! And by the way, the hotel is too family-friendly, young people have nothing to do there, unless they want to watch the picture of the eternally screaming children! At the end of the rest, the children began to annoy, there was too much screaming from them, the feeling that he was in a nursery.
