I’ll tell you right away for those who don’t want to read the whole thing, that the hotel draws 4 stars out of the declared five with a big stretch. Stardom is greatly exaggerated here.
We rested from September 14 to October 2.2012. For 18 days we saw all the pros and cons.
At first everything was not bad, for $ 50 we were settled in a room with a double and a single bed and a sea view. In the main building.
There were few people and every day it became less and less. There were always sun loungers on the beach whenever I came.
We started with the fact that on the third day they stole $ 30 from our room. Everything else was in the safe, but these were in the bag. It turns out that the cleaners are digging into things? It is clear that they themselves are to blame and there is no need to leave anything, but still.

The hotel positions itself as a family hotel. There are a lot of children here, of different ages. Mostly 2-6 years old. There is a children's club for them, discos are held at 8 pm, animation. There is a playground with small and large slides. An aviary with rabbits, proudly called a minizoo.
There is a children's pool with lots of slides. But all the water is very heavily chlorinated, we did not bathe our child (1 year old) in such water. And they didn't swim there.
Stroller rentals are available at the hotel. The cost is $10 per day.
The restaurant has a separate area for children, with small chairs. And a separate buffet. True, the food is no different from an adult. I got spinach there so peppered that I myself could not eat. Mashed potatoes, in my opinion, are made from a bag. By the way, for those whose children suffer from allergies, I would highly advise you to be extremely careful in choosing dishes. Almost everywhere there is milk (even in pasta) and spices. I see that children are fed mainly spaghetti. For lovers of fried, there are french fries and just fried potatoes in large quantities.
In general, there is enough food, of course, but somehow it is very monotonous. Breakfast is always the same. Only the number and shape of the buns changes. Vegetables are hard to find that aren't spicy. Unless on a dietary table, but they can be absolutely cold there.
In general, cold food is normal for this hotel. Even oatmeal (by the way, it just tastes disgusting) is almost cold.
And for some reason, the waiters start cleaning tables and dishes with food an hour before the end. It is also very annoying to run around for glasses, which are constantly not enough. Someone at the next table swore that a toothpick and crumbs were floating in his wine - was the wine drained? There are dirty dishes and glasses.
At the end of September there was a big arrival and then we found out that it happens that there are no empty seats in the restaurant. People are queuing for cutlets, chasing highchairs, stealing cutlery from the tables. It's awfully simple. And a terrible stuffiness at the same time. The sunbeds on the beach also ended abruptly. For dinner, you need to come 10 minutes before the start, then there is a chance to eat calmly.

The categorical minus of this hotel is also constant noise. In the morning the music plays very loudly from everywhere. In principle, the child can sleep even with such noise. But I'm uncomfortable. Why shout like that? The animation of people at the pool is entertaining - well, make noise there. Most of the hotel guests are Russians. There are Turks and Poles. One of the guests is throwing cigarette butts into the sand, on which children are crawling. And someone is pissing in the locker room on the beach. It's just amazing, just like the paper cups in the flower bed.
Turks are very friendly towards children. Almost everyone finds a minute to talk with the child and smile at him.
In general, the hotel seems to have been very prestigious in the past. But now it is slowly fading away. Beach towels are almost in holes, the threads hang down. The towels in the room are all different. First one company, then another, of different sizes and shabbiness.
The rooms are not very neat. The sheets are washed poorly - stains remain.
The plumbing works.
The minibar, which is also a refrigerator, is thrust into the table and it heats up terribly. Warm number.
The air conditioner is not broken, they just turn it off. There are days when after dinner you come to an ice room. And there are times when stuffiness lasts all day. At night, from 3 to 6 the air conditioner does not work. The door cannot be opened until 00 o'clock - a disco. This is despite the fact that most children go to bed at 10 pm. The music yells so that even with the door closed you can hear the roar and screams of the DJ. As a result, I woke up from stuffiness at 2 am and opened the door. The screams and talk of the night owls could still be heard from the bar across the street.
Furniture and beds are old. The carpet on the floor looks dirty. The stool in the room is simply frankly dirty.
The door to the balcony does not open well - the lock is rusted.
The sea is excellent, clean. The only problem is the presence of fish. They are called Gara Rufu and advertised as pedicure fish. In fact, they bite painfully. They eat the pieces. God forbid to stand in the water, having an open wound - they bite and it hurts a lot.
There are also wild turtles and we saw two squirrels.
In general: there is nothing here that would greatly spoil life. You can rest if you are not very demanding and sleep well. It is better to aim at the Zeus building right away, there are also rooms with a sea view and it is hidden behind the main building. It should be quieter there.
Pros:
green area
turtles
clean sea

large territory
there is a separate place for children in the restaurant
baby chairs
kids club
Minuses:
bad service
noise
monotonous food
dirty torn towels
air conditioner not working well
there is practically nowhere to sleep with a child on the street - there is noise everywhere, and where it is quiet, there is nowhere to sit.
