The only pity is that it is not in favor of this hotel ...But a bad experience is also an experience, but now I know for sure that so far we have not tried anything better than Ela Quality))).

So, the most important disappointment: in this hotel we felt ...superfluous. Well, they say, it's good that they paid, but somehow manage on your own, we are not up to you. This is how I can roughly describe the concept of the hotel and staff in relation to vacationers, at least from Russia (and this is not just my preconceived opinion). And the staff communicates with the Turks in a completely different way, for some reason there were a lot of them at that time. I think they had some kind of holiday ...

Territory. Beautiful, moderately well-groomed (although there were corners almost neglected, with fallen foliage, but this does not bother me, even, perhaps, some kind of zest, a hint of the homeland, which, no matter how good it was at a party, you still miss) )).

Many different plants (for the first time I saw growing and fruiting olives), blushing and eaten by both tourists and animators (the latter more))) pomegranates (sour for some reason), ripening tangerines and oranges. Lots of flowers of all shapes and colors. Very nice area by the back pool (near the kids club): mostly quiet, which may be due to the lack of a bar nearby))), the garden and pines are nicely adjacent, a bunch of fearless squirrels hunting for cones, descending to pool to drink some water and just frolicking!

Hotel. Very nice design, especially in the bars of the hotel. Soft chairs, cozy lamps, coffee tables in the form of golf equipment covered with a glass top, unusual architecture...Cozy, beautiful, but...Okay, oh "but" then...

Number. Not really, some kind of musty smell (a room on the ground floor), somehow poor.
There are not enough shelves in the closet to place your clothes, husband and child. The balcony is not full-fledged, but just a platform fenced with bushes, that is, in principle, you can enter the ground floor from the street without straining. And therefore it is necessary to always control whether the balcony door is closed. Uncomfortable. There are no full-fledged dryers, only plastic armchairs ...

Cleaning in the room is carried out strictly in opr. time. If you didn't have time to leave, you remain, as they say, with your own ...And without a replenished mini-bar, the assortment of which does not shine. Beer, cola and steam of water.

Staff. Well, less pain. Although compared to Ela ...I had to explain several times that the child should not drink cold juice (which, by the way, never existed, only diluted powders, from which our son is allergic; and when they tried to ask for juice at the bar ( saw how they cook "Bloody Mary" and pour it from a bag), received a sharp refusal - they say, there is no and never was juice here!
In general, the attitude is rather negative towards Russians than even outwardly benevolent. This was directly evident: in the bar, even if you came up first, you had to wait until the Germans or Turks who had come after you were served, or the dishes were washed and wiped ...

And absolutely, well, they simply absolutely do not know how to make cocktails! This is especially disappointing after the crazy delicious "Margarita" at Ela Quality Resort! There we sat down on it, to our misfortune))). And here - utter crap - naked tequila, mineral water and lemon on a glass! If you want - do not drink! But we learned how to do it at home, almost like Elovsky, sometimes we indulge))).

The only unequivocally bright "spot" among the staff is our girl (I think Lena), who works at Guest Relations. Always friendly, benevolent, but not at all arrogant and mannered (there were some). She explained everything in detail what, where and how much it is better to buy (as usual, I was looking for my favorite baklava, but in this hotel it turned out to be more expensive even than Ela! ).
So Lena told us how to get to the nearest village of Kadriye cheaper, where it is better to buy baklava (although the local sellers, imitating a complete misunderstanding, managed to cheat us))), where and what kind of coffee, and where - textiles.

Animation. Local, hotel room - nothing special, it annoyed that their elder, Turk, frankly ignored and even got annoyed at Russian speech. There was a Turkish girl, very sweet (very young, not yet insolent))), she worked more and more in the children's club, but she also danced very well.
But the invited animation (teams from Ukraine, Russia, Mongolia, Turkey and somewhere else, cruising along the coast throughout the season) - yes, they deserve, for the most part, the highest praise. Except, perhaps, some kind of Turkish a la folklore group at the "Turkish Night": no worthy costumes, no movements, some kind of amateur performance.

Kitchen. Quite, especially the baklava!
))) But the choice of meat dishes is quite small, no frills, which, like everything good, you quickly get used to in more advanced places like Ela))). A la carte, if my memory serves me, the fish one was very good. The rest somehow do not remember.

I didn’t like the beach - no order, sunbeds everywhere, dirty mattresses, a terrible pier.

Pools. This is where, for the first time in my repeated visits to Turkey and stays in 4 and 5-star hotels, I encountered the problem of a lack of sunbeds! And I understand why everyone is so swearing! And this is not in the "high" season! I had to rummage almost all over the territory in search of a free and unbroken (yes, there are a lot of them there! ) lounger, move it to a more or less free sunny one (and the main pool is located so that after 15-16 hours its large part, and a children's part! where, by definition, it should be warm! it's already a shade and it's cold!
) the place, as a rule, is already on the lawn, not a plump green, but with bald spots of the earth, that is, if you are barefoot, then your feet are dirty ...

Kids club. Nothing special. Pretty boring and shabby. More or less interesting mini-golf courses and rare body art promotions.

Livestock. This is probably the only hotel I visited where there were flies, mosquitoes, spiders in the rooms and on the territory, lizards and cats came in. There are a lot of cats on the territory, I personally do not mind, but this is somehow not comme il faut for a self-respecting hotel. But there were hedgehogs and squirrels))).

More about the pros. Permanent free internet access.

Of the minuses. I did not like the guides at all, but, unfortunately, I no longer remember the name of the meeting party. Something is not good. known.
Bars don't know how to make cocktails at all! Margarita they do not even closely match
Toward the end of our holiday (thank God it's not at the beginning!
) a whole delegation of some kind of children's beauty contest arrived at the hotel - mothers, children, aunts, uncles, photographers, etc. the public. And then we felt like complete strangers at this "celebration of life. " That is, we were not eager to go there, but, having already got used to a certain daily routine and going to the show in the evening, it is somehow unpleasant to lose it in connection with the final of this very beauty contest ...And completely without a "declaration of war", t ie without warning. In my opinion, it is somehow unethical to put your main guests in such a position ...In this case, some alternative should have been offered ...Never mind.

But, in principle, if you close your eyes to all these things, you can try to relax and enjoy ...at least from the sea and the sun! ))) What I tried to do. Bad things are forgotten faster. Although there will always be people trying to remind.

I actually first look for the good and do not like to scold, but in the case of this hotel for some reason it does not work out. Even if the matter is no longer in him, but in the operator and carrier. On the way back, they tried to feed us frankly rotten food! The flight attendants accepted the complaints, but denied that the food was ordered not by the carrier, i. e. not by the airline, but by the tour operator who ordered the charter ...At first, I even wanted to go to my favorite MLS tour, where we have been served for 3 years and scold the manager. But at first there was no time, and then it cooled down. It's probably for the best. But if someone is interested in my long negative review, and if this someone has already tried something sweeter than carrots (by the way, about carrots: in the hotel spa (crazy prices and intrusive barkers) and in the gym area (tiny and stuffy) there was not even carrot juice!
), so I still advise these people to think carefully before paying a lot of money (we got 10 thousand rubles more expensive than in Ela, and for a smaller number of days) for not the best quality vacation.

If I offended anyone, I apologize, but this is my opinion, which was much less correct immediately upon my return, in October of the last (2008) year. Well, if someone can help in choosing - please contact.
