We traveled with small children in August. Think twice before choosing this hotel.
Settlement: we arrived at 9 in the morning, at the reception they gave 50 euros so that they didn’t drag out for a long time with the settlement, it started here! Every half an hour we were assured that the rooms would be ready in 15 minutes, and so we had to stay in the lobby with small children until 14.00. After that, we were told that they had not received money from the agency and they would not accommodate us. In order not to spoil our nerves, we decided to pay for the first day of our stay in cash while the agency and the hotel sort it out. And then these eccentrics said no! Again, we did not make a fuss and decided to give them the weight of the cash that was with us 5000 dollars and we were told to pay the entire amount of 9000 dollars !! ! Only after a selective mate and scandal did they find out that the amount from the agency had come to them and we were given numbers at 16.30. Attitude towards the client as in the scoop.
The rooms were cleaned every two days. Despite the tip, the maids each time forgot to change the towel, then put the soap, then remove the garbage. I had to look for maids and ask them to clean. The hotel had a rotavirus infection and the corridors leading to the restaurants were full of vomit that had not been cleaned for hours. One day they managed not to wipe the corridor that had been thrown up at lunchtime until dinner (!!! )

Meals - quite normal and varied for two weeks, there were only two days when food was scarce. A la carte restaurants are normal for Turkey - just don't expect European quality and service. Problems with waiters. A large number of visitors from the former USSR accustomed the waiters to zero service. But it is clear that no one drills the staff and they are on their own. Tipping does not help, neither 10 nor 20 dollars did not give a result.

The pools are clean and well maintained. The sea beach is dirty with heaps of garbage (although the merit of fellow citizens from the countries of the former USSR should be noted here). True, the management should take this moment into account and allocate more personnel for cleaning.
