The ticket itself cost us 12.000 including only breakfast (buffet), everything else for money. When we asked for "Caipirinha", we were asked if it was some kind of food?! ? For each lunch it took around 150, for dinner almost always 300. This is a financial issue.
HOTEL.

As for the hotel. There are no 5 European stars there, Turkish ones, yes. Having been in a huge number of European hotels, which included Kempinski hotels, well, I never once asked for a hair dryer for 3 days, but they gave it to me only when I came to the reception. Maybe it's my whims, but I did not like it. We rested with children (7 months, twins), and so our children slept on the floor, because. They have cribs without mattresses, we naturally did not agree to such beds, demanding mattresses. They brought us, but they turned out to be 30 cm. narrower than cribs and children simply fell into these holes and could not move there. When asked to replace both, they received an answer - "we don't have another. " Comrades, what is this? So our kids slept for 2 weeks on the floor between the bed and the wall on these mattresses.
The nuance about the hotel... One day it rained, the hotel was simply lined with plastic buckets, because. the ceilings were leaking!!!
STAFF.
I can't say anything bad or what we didn't like about the staff. From the staff, everything is great! Attention, individual approach, even addressing by name, although no one called them names. Well done.
