This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. It's not five stars, it's three stars! My vacation was simply the worst in so many years of traveling. I only spent a decent amount of money and my nerves, while not enjoying my disgusting vacation one bit.
I'll start in order, we were only given a normal number from the third time! The first - the toilet was literally broken, I sat on it and just fell to the floor; in addition, the rest of the rooms in this block were all under renovation. . . The second room overlooked a busy road! This means that I came to another country for that kind of money to enjoy the dusty landscape of the highway, and even noise pollution. Apparently, Moscow is not enough for me, which never happens in silence... For the third time, thank God, they gave a more normal number. The size of the room, of course, is for some cockroaches, because you can’t even turn around normally there, it was so small. The shower room is all rusty, the furniture is probably three times older than my grandmother, the minibar was generally hot, that is, the refrigerator did not work at all. We also had a broken door to the balcony in our room, in order to open or close it, you had to call a heavyweight : ) Cards (room keys): we were given one for two adults, I asked for another one, because I won’t walk all the rest hand in hand with my resident, to which I was told that it was not allowed, you see, it is forbidden. As we later found out, our door (more precisely, the lock itself) was broken, because of which the door could be opened without a card or not even opened at all with a card if it was jammed.
Food. This is tin. I'm not picky, but I love to eat! To eat normally, you just had to fly in to the opening of the restaurant in order to have at least something to eat, because if the food was over, no one was going to report for other guests to eat. As the saying goes: whoever had time, he ate it : ) The food hall is very small and there is only one! For such a number of vacationers there is only one room !! ! They stood in line to take a table, which was not cleaned at all... There were no waiters at all, everyone brought drinks themselves, served them themselves, it’s almost ridiculous, and this is a five-star hotel! The chefs apparently had no idea about cooking at all, since all the dishes were tasteless, the meat was raw, and the side dishes were not cooked. In addition, I also got poisoned that I could not get out of bed for a whole day... A la carte restaurants: this is another moment that just killed me. We came to the Turkish a la carte, which is right next to the road, I asked to transfer us closer to the river, to which I was boldly refused. We sat down at the table, the menu was not on the tables, I thought they would bring it now, but here op, it turns out there is no such thing here, the dishes are all fixed! ahaha! Nightmare, in my first lives I was in such a shock, because they just brought us the same dishes as in an ordinary restaurant, but only the waiter did it, and not you yourself put it with a spoon; )

Ship to the sea. Oh, how much at this moment I spent my strength and nerves... According to the plan, this ship was supposed to go every half hour. But in reality, it turned out to be far from the case. In the morning it was even less in the early days, but in the afternoon, we came one day, specially adjusted our day to this schedule, and they tell us that no one will swim, the water has become shallow, you see, and our boat cannot sail, only another can swim, which was near the beach. In general, we waited an hour and a half for this boat in the hotel, went to the beach, sat on the beach until the last departure of the boat, which was scheduled at seven. But in fact we were picked up at 19:40, because of which we came to dinner only at 20:30 and, of course, remained hungry, since we had already eaten everything a long time ago. I swore every day with this boat, and everyone just didn’t give a damn. Then one day they changed the schedule and made it so that the boat would only run every hour! )) Here’s the fun, the people increase every day, and the boat decreases in time)) We drove like a herring in a jar, we just stood on our heads, what kind of security , taking into account the fact that they sat on the stern of the ship, and the driver could not see anything because of the people... There were moments when they almost collided with other boats... Oh yes, the last boat from the sea was made at 18:30, so that you, vacationers, did not enjoy the setting soft sun, as they say, enjoy the scorching scorching sun in the afternoon; )))
Alcohol. As I said, we were two young people who came to have fun and hang out. So, by ten in the evening alcohol ended in ALL bars, in all !! ! And of course, the only thing left to drink was water and juices from sachets. When we turned on our music on the speaker, and the guests nearby asked us to turn the volume up to full, the administrator ran up to us and told us to turn off the music, since this is a family and quiet hotel. Although the nearest sleeping block was almost a kilometer away.
They cleaned our place, after numerous threats, almost every day, and even then, only the towels were changed, they didn’t even wipe anything. As I later found out, we were still lucky, because the others had never been cleaned during the entire stay !!!
Spa. Oh, another knife in the back. We were promised three baths: a hammam, a Turkish bath and a regular sauna. So, hamam did not exist at all! There was a sauna, a Turkish bath, too, but the stones were not heated at all! Lying on the cold tiles, crazy just "kaeeeeef. " After a week of staying in this hotel, some Turk asked us how long we had been here, well, we answered, and he told us that we change beach towels often, they cannot be changed, they can only be received and returned once, and that's it ! In a five-star hotel, how is that?! ? Of course, we sent it to him and changed it once a day.
On the day of departure, glasses were broken at the reception right at the entrance, for twenty minutes none of the staff even moved to remove it, and it is not known whether they removed it at all in the end, since after our departure from the hotel everything remained unchanged.
In general, I now have nightmares about this terrible trip, I am very sorry for my money, nerves and lost time. And I will do my best to get my money back in court, or at least to achieve moral compensation, since such a terrible hotel has no right to be five-star and take such money for it!
