I would like to share my experience of staying at this hotel.
We rested in three, with us was a grandmother. Before I went I read reviews that made me wary. But all my fears were unfounded. Let's start.
1. Tour operator Tui organized everything well. The flight was early in the morning, which is great. We haven't lost a day. At the airport at the entrance we were met by a representative, put on the bus. Then we were comfortably taken to the hotel with a short tour. Our guides, Mushtar and Gulim, were waiting for us at the hotel. Very good guys, kind, open, always happy to help and suggest.

2. Settlement. We were already at the hotel at 8:30 am. We filled out all the necessary documents, left things at the reception, as the check-in is officially from 14.00. We were offered to go to breakfast, and if we wanted, they would provide a room where we could change clothes and go to the beach. After breakfast, we returned to the reception. And what surprised me, at my request, without money and straining, we were already settled at 10.00 in the morning). The porter took our things and us in a small car)
3. Number. Since we were three adults, they settled in a two-room suite. Settled in the cottage C-14 number 9. By the way, it's very cool when the rooms are not in one huge building. The room was on the third floor. Two balconies, entrance hall, two rooms, each with air conditioning. The first room had a wardrobe and two 1.5 beds, a mirror. In the hallway there is a mirror and a small table. The second room has a large double bed, mirror, dressing table, chair, armchair, coffee table, TV (plasma), mini-bar. From there is the entrance to the dressing room, large, with a safe (free of charge), and a bathroom. The bathroom has enough space, mirror, shower, hair dryer. The balconies overlooked the main pool. But at the same time, all the sounds on the streets did not interfere with our rest, day or night.
4. Cleaning. We were cleaned by a guy named Ali. How picky I am about cleanliness, but he cleaned very well. Every day I changed a lot of towels, bathrobes, slippers. He brought a bunch of bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, soap, brushing and shaving kits.
5. Territory. The hotel grounds are clean and full of trees. There are 4 large pools on the territory, they were also seen near the houses. 4 bars, two restaurants.
6. Entertainment. There is a Toucan for children, animators are busy with them. If we had children, we would take them there, as they work almost all day))))
Every evening there were performances in the amphitheater, after either karaoke, or live music, or disco. Even our grandmother went))) generally cool.
7. Food and alcohol. I don’t know what those people who said that there was not enough food meant, but there is a lot of it. It is diverse, what I liked was the presence of dietary and children's cuisine. Their Turkish coffee and sweets are a separate heartbreaking topic) do not come off)

They can go to the restaurant for free. There are three of them: fish, Italian and Turkish. They work on certain days. Schedule at the reception. To go for free at two, you first need to get into Turkish,
and then choose. We went to Italian. You don't choose the food yourself. They bring everything the same to everyone, but it is very tasty. And they even give dessert))) As for alcohol, it is in 4 bars, one of which is imported, and the rest are locally produced. We haven’t tried everything, but some drinks like wine and martini taste like an amateur. By the way, bartenders make cool cocktails on the waterfront)
8. Service. From their service I caught aesthetic pleasure. Everyone is friendly, smiling, trying to help and please you, without falsehood)
9. Beach. Many people were indignant about the ship. Excuse me, when we bought a ticket, we were warned that this was the third coastline, and that we had to swim. Why be indignant then. For children, although not only them, it was fun))) very much in the subject there I include a song from the Titanic on the way. The hotel has its own beach. There is a bar where you can have a drink and a snack, they also cook cakes. Sun loungers are washed every morning from the sand. The beach is clean, lots of trash cans. If only ours had not thrown their garbage))) the sea is warm, no algae, nothing like that))))
In general, we really liked it and would like to come there again.
