If they told me right away that this is a 3 * hotel, I would be ready for this.
I read a lot of reviews and I was in two minds. But everything had to be experienced.
The first and most outrageous thing is that on the very first day the staff pulled money out of my wallet. The wallet was in the room, in the closet, bag and inside another bag with several locks. Since we just arrived, I couldn’t figure out how to use the safe (and it seems that there should be an instruction for it, which was not in the room), and I decided that we’ll go to the beach and I’ll come, I’ll go to the reception and find out how to put the code on the safe . But when she arrived, the closet was open, the bag was searched and opened, and the lock in the bag broke. However, the room was NOT cleaned! ! That is, someone just came in, rummaged through things, took what he needed and left.

At the reception, everything was delayed for a long time, they postponed this issue to the next day and kept changing the time when I need to come. I spent the whole day on the fact that I went to the reception in time and found out how the solution of the issue was progressing.
When they demanded to call the police, they threw me at each other, delayed it, and it ended with a maximum of security, “who deal with this and the issue will be resolved only tomorrow, when the general manager arrives. ”
As a result, the next day, all they could say to me was “we sorted out the situation inside, the perpetrators were punished, and we can offer you a massage to one person as an apology. ”
I didn’t really want to mess around with the police either, there is a specific procedure, so we accepted this massage and tried to switch from this situation.
We were settled in a dirty room, there were no towels, no slippers, no bathrobes, no drinking water. Went to reception and asked. But within 10 minutes they brought it. From the air conditioner, water poured directly onto the floor onto the balcony, asked to be repaired, but they did not wait. When asked to change the room, they said that the hotel was full and they could not offer us any rooms.
Cleaning in the rooms - they removed the garbage, put drinking water, shower gel, toilet paper, put towels and the old ones are picked up every other time. I went to take a towel for my feet, because they didn’t give me. They swept, and there was no wet cleaning for all the time, the slippers were black. And if there was - it was only in the hallway in the room.
On the penultimate day, they returned from the sea - and our door was wide open, and how long the room was open like that is unknown. Come take whatever you want. Everything seems to be in place.
In the dining room on the second day, people complained that they didn’t clean the tables and there was nowhere to sit, the management apparently gave the staff a “beat up” and after that the guys ran like bees. Of course they are great, there are no questions.

The food is quite specific - either too salty or bland. But in Turkey it is like this almost everywhere. As already mentioned in the comments - you will not be hungry. But on the third day, I already wanted regular homemade food))
The bars always had dirty tables and the staff wiped them only a couple of times a day. The glasses are dirty, even with lipstick, so drinking from disposable cups is not the worst option. I took and poured into a disposable.
The beach pleased - you can see the mountains, a lot of planes, the sea is clean and warm. Quite a lot of sunbeds, no one has ever been left without a sunbed, there was enough for everyone. Yes, there are wasps and biting fish (I have never been bitten even once) - but this is not a minus for the hotel. You can make hamburgers from food at the bar, there are french fries, vegetables, nuggets and insanely delicious flatbreads (lavash with different fillings).
A separate issue is vacationers. Russian people are something with something. They see no one but themselves. In the dining room, they run at a run, take their places, stumble straight, lay mountains of food, which they can’t eat later, run, falling, take sunbeds on the beach, and jump from a boat that has not yet stopped. They shout, swear, leave garbage behind and do not value other people's property. Ashamed, very ashamed of our people. We leave the house, and at the entrance, women aged 55-60 are digging flowers from a flower bed...
The pool - the pool itself is clean, but the tiles around it are terribly dirty, obviously no one wipes them there. I even saw cut nails. The water in the pool was always a comfortable temperature, even in the morning.
It is possible, of course, that the hotel has a large flow of tourists now and the staff cannot cope because of this. But this is not a reason to spoil the holiday experience for vacationers.
