Отличный отель! Excellent hotel!

Recently I was lucky enough to visit a new premium hotel: Selectum Family Resort. And to be honest, I haven't felt such good impressions for a long time! At first I was pleased with the friendly service during my holiday in general, then I was surprised by the attentive care of the staff for each of the guests! For example, the Guest Relations department helped me a lot personally, and in particular an employee named Duran, who did everything possible to fix the problem with an injured leg !!! ! I can safely say that he is not only a professional in his field, but also a very good person! As for food, it is varied! No one will definitely remain hungry, because every evening in the main restaurant is themed, and for the whole rest you can try different cuisines of the world! The quality of the food itself is amazing, the chefs don't get paid in vain! The room is cleaned every day, and the hotel itself is clean, which is the most pleasant, and most importantly, all the staff follow strict safety and sanitation rules! The animation is good, but since this is a family hotel, you should not hope for loud festivities, but live music, disco, show ballet performances will be provided to you! The animation team itself is very fun!! ! The guys will pay attention to each guest, invite them to play different games, and at the same time they will cheer up! Overall, I would give this hotel a 9 out of 10!
