Just got back from this hotel today. Before the trip, I tried to preliminarily form an opinion, since I went to this hotel for the first time. After reading the horrors in the negative reviews, I was scared for the money spent. Now I have a question: what hotel were you in? I did not find anything negative except for a couple of little things. The rest was excellent. The layout of the hotel is extremely well thought out, no one interferes with anyone, only VIP clients (with a sea view) “listen” to the disco at night. The rest of the territory is quiet and calm. The room is clean and comfortable, with silent central air conditioning, crisp white linens and towels. For a long time I tried to find a "cupboard without a door", but to no avail. Surprisingly, all the "socks" fit. Now about food. I am very picky about the quality of food, but in this case the kitchen was more than worthy. I saw dirty dishes only in the hands of the waiters when they took them to the sink. There is practically no language barrier, and if there were workers who did not understand Russian, they themselves found a way to understand me. There are no problems with sun loungers on the beach and by the pools. There is a wonderful, talented animation team. I want to convey my deepest regards and admiration to all of them.
