This hotel was recommended by a travel agent instead of last year's Long Beach.
A few more people said that these hotels cannot even be compared, and in general it is Belek, etc. etc.
That's it to compare these hotels can not be! Maritim is a sanatorium-dispensary of the times of the USSR. Everything is so miserable and uncomfortable. Every little thing causes discomfort.

The territory is huge, everything is located inconveniently. The water park does not have slides for very young children. For adults slides for C grade. In the pools the water is hot, in the paddling pool it is cold because of the canopy. The air conditioners in the halls (except for the reception) and restaurants do not work well or are turned off altogether. We lived in the 5th block - the central air conditioner worked according to some of its own rules - they either froze or steamed, there was no middle ground. The room is tiny, there is at least a 5-year-old curtain hanging in the bathroom (I forgot to take a picture), mold is everywhere. The faucet above the bathroom itself is so short that whenever the water is turned on, it all ends up on the floor - they are tormented to walk through puddles. The wardrobe is right at the entrance to the room, so every time you need to take clothes, you have to walk on a dirty floor.
I won’t talk about cleaning at all, they didn’t hear about any swans or anything else from the towels. Two weeks of dust lay under the beds. The duvet covers, apparently, also did not change for two weeks - I found the same spots in different places. By the way, bathrobes were also brought immediately with some stains.
Someone will say, nonsense, the main thing is the sea. But! From a sunbed under a canopy to the water, 10 meters. And already at 10 am the sand is so hot that it is impossible to walk on it even in shales, you have to run. Who carries children in their arms, who is so sophisticated. Children play near the water under the scorching sun. Because under the canopies the sand is dry and dusty. After 3 meters after entering the sea, it is sharply deep.
The only plus is a lot of fruit (but I think this is not the merit of this particular hotel) and the older child really liked the Teenager Club. I didn’t like the evening show for adults, in my opinion the hotel doesn’t even have its own song.
Well, about iWi-Fi - it was absent in the room, in other places, again, except for the reception and adjacent halls, it hung all the time. Came with an iPad, maybe other devices will be better.
The huge territory in the end just got it, I had to drag myself to breakfast with all the beach accessories so as not to return to the room.
By the way, there were no dirty dishes. But! Either there are no cups next to the machines, or teaspoons, or the machines do not work at all. I strained with meat dishes, they are, but all of some kind of boiled-stewed kind. Grilled meat was a couple of times, the rest - chicken or meatballs. The rest of the food is 4+. Always freshly squeezed juices in the morning. The youngest ate soups for both lunch and dinner. Everything else was too greasy, and the puree quickly got boring. The children's buffet is empty almost all the time, what is there even looks inedible.

In general, we returned home in complete disappointment. Next time we will trust the reviews. Even if out of 10 bad 3-4, it is worth considering. Not everyone is ready to admit that they spent money in vain.
From communication with people on the beach, they made the opinion that many are also dissatisfied with the hotel.
Conclusion - we ourselves will not go again, and we will not advise anyone to such a hotel.
