Upon arrival at the hotel, we were settled without delay, room 1423 immediately turned out to be free on the second floor, next to the elevators. The hotel room was amazing! Even the most ordinary room overlooking the fountains is very impressive! Unfortunately, the photos cannot convey the impressions and emotions that you experience when entering the room. The furniture is striking in its size, a giant bed, a huge mirror and a very large sofa. The bathroom has a jacuzzi shower, two large sinks. All personal hygiene products you need, the hotel provides: bath salt, shower gels, golf ball soap, scissors, nail files, combs, up to pads and condoms.
Not a large dressing room is closed with a safe lock, and this one is located inside this room. The hotel provides a shoe care kit. The room has a bar, it has a standard set of drinks plus nuts and chips, an electric kettle, tea bags and coffee 3 in 1. A panoramic wall behind which there is a terrace (10-15 sq. m. ). Good lighting in the room (night lights, intimate light, daylight, in short, there is enough light ...Only the cleaning in the rooms is lame, there is none at all. They only change the bed and lightly wipe it in the bathroom ...


The food is normal, even tasty in some places, but not all of the declared baby food is available! It’s good that the child took jars of food from Moscow, otherwise there are only for very young and already adult children, and if the child is from one to two years old, then the choice is not great ...Drinks are brought quite quickly. But then again, all about cleaning! ? Apparently for Max this is a scourge!
No one will clean up the juice spilled on the floor, even if you ask the waiters several times to call the cleaner. If you turn to the manager, he will simply make a puddle with a chair, but he will not call the cleaner ...

The hotel area is quite bald compared even with the neighboring Voyage Belek, the same owner. They don’t clean it cleanly enough, especially on the beach, but I don’t want to clean it anymore! ! ! But despite this, everything is very beautiful and pretentious, huge and beautiful. Not quite functional, but this is my subjective opinion.

The hotel has fitness from 7:00 to 20:00, SPA - this is a separate song from 08:00 to 21:00, they work very well, especially Turkish girls, in particular Hatice. There are also A'la Carte restaurants in the hotel, they must be booked in advance for 15 euros per adult, in the restaurant itself all food at least three times on the menu is completely free.
The kids club is open from 09:00 to 22:30, in the children's room from year to four there are breaks for a quiet hour from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 18:00 to 19:30

I did not like the work of the guides. The guide's task is not to provide the tourist with a comfortable stay in the country, but the interests of his own benefit to the detriment of the guest. In particular, Ferhan OZCAN.
