The hotel was called for the price and reviews (the price is average, the reviews were very good). The disadvantages include the abundance of vacationers (according to the staff, 1500 people), so during the peak hours of eating, especially at dinner, it is difficult to find a free table and the staff does not have time to re-serve the vacated table. Accordingly, often no one offers to bring drinks (it must be said that we did not tip the waiters, which may have been a mistake). The children's restaurant was sometimes drowned out by the roar of the animators. In the beginning, we were placed in a room with windows facing the back of the restaurant, so you hear noisy ventilation all the time and a lot of staff movement under the windows. The room was small. At the request, we were moved to a larger room and closer to the center, but with windows overlooking the pools, the stage and next to the Arcadia Hotel, where almost every day from 21.30 to 23 we listened to the animation and performances of our hotel, and then from 23 to 2 at night, the drummers of the Arcadia hotel disco, sometimes the drunken singing of vacationers. The overall impression of the hotel is very good, the territory is large, clean, well-groomed.
Number. We were offered three options to choose from (we booked two standards): 2 standards next to each other, a family or a two-room suite with a living room and two reception rooms near the tennis courts. We looked at all the options and chose the last one, although at first we were embarrassed that it was far from all the action. (This turned out to be a huge plus, I can’t imagine how you can live with a small child in rooms above the zoom bar, where there is live music and dancing until 12 at night). Cleaned every day, towels changed. Bed linen - once every 3 days. Seeing a pack of waterproof diapers, the child was left with several sets of underwear. The minibar was replenished regularly, we even refused at the end of the holiday, as everyone did not have time to drink (sparkling water, Pepsi, Mirinda, 7ap, beer, juices).
The food is very varied (there is something to compare, in Turkey 7 times in 5 * hotels). It’s not a problem to feed the child, and cereals and steamed vegetables, one mild soup is required for lunch. Always a wide variety of side dishes, meat, fish, poultry. Lots of GOOD, ripe fruits (figs, apples, pears, melon, watermelon, peaches, nectarines, two kinds of grapes, bananas). The service in the restaurant is good, they will always help you find a table, bring drinks to order, quickly remove dirty dishes.
