We decided to fly spontaneously, but there were no more places in our beloved Akka Antedon. We asked the operator to find a similar hotel, without budget restrictions. Children's and not far from the airport. I looked at these reviews of something good (already 8.3! ), And decided fly here.
We have been to many places, in different hotels, 3-5 *. So this hotel corresponds to 3 *, but not 5. The children's play area here is really cool. That's all.
1. We arrived in the evening, and we were settled with children (1.5 and 3.5)... right in the room next to the lobby. Where you can hear the piano, where there is perpetual motion, calls, people, suitcases... Through the closed balcony you can feel the bass of the disco . . We took 2 rooms, asked at least 1 to be quieter. No, no. When the husband had already dragged him to the reception a child who was tired from the road, who could not fall asleep from such a din, -OPA, the number was found. The next morning, "our" girl found us a second replacement room, overlooking the sea and the roof of the kitchen = smells and hum of hoods. It turned out that there are still a lot of free rooms, but in this hotel WITH ALL the rooms something is wrong, that in the building, in some of those houses, it is noisy everywhere, there are crowded paths in front of the windows, if this is a sea view, this is a "view" of a disco until 11 at night. Those rooms that go back are the most normal - at the entrance to the hotel, others - on the hood or already close to the bus stop.

2. Stink.
The children's restaurant stinks. Even a child noticed this. Something rotten, sour... And compared to Akka Antedon... This is despondency, not a children's restaurant. FOR THE SAME MONEY.
The lobby is constantly "refreshing" the air with toilet fresheners.
3. Food.
All cafes are open and closed AT THE SAME time. That is, if you did not have time to dine in a restaurant while the child was sleeping, that's it, you won't be able to go to eat at least pizza. Refrigerators usually contain 5-10 cans of ayran, while in other 3-4 * hotels there are exactly 3 full refrigerators. ICE CREAM you can find ONLY from 15 to 16:00 in ONE PLACE. I waited 15 minutes for an omelette at breakfast, until the cook finally came.
4. The rooms are old. The floor is carpeted. Well, it is very hygienic for a children's hotel.
5. Very high prices for the spa. Hammam $90 compared to $35 in other hotels.
6. Food - nothing special. But it doesn’t pull on 5 * either. You must “ask” for all drinks - juices, water... "Yuppies" only by yourself.
From fruits - apples, plums and oranges.
7. There is no service. You take the scrambled eggs, put them on the table, go for tea, you return, the table is empty. She is dumb, she cannot understand that she was not touched? That the appliances are clean nearby? freeze, although they know English.
There is no condition on the beaches when towels are removed if you are away for more than an hour. Therefore, the typical situation is an empty beach, and all the sunbeds are busy. Everyone is busy in the evening, sleep / eat until 11 am, then they come for an hour, go to eat again, and you sit in the 5th row from the sea, although you came at 8 am. Why do this is incomprehensible. About a reserve ?!
The region is new, there are no shops, pharmacies . . Everything is ordered by phone from the reception.
I will never return to this hotel. For the money this is terrible. Where the good grades come from, I don't know
