I'm vacationing at Prenses Sealine Beach in November 2023. Amazing impressions! The hotel is unique! Maybe because I am already over 50 years old, this hotel is ideal for my vacation. I have vacationed more than 20 times in 5 countries. I liked this hotel for its tranquility, green nature, comfort, lack of crowds, good quality, healthy and tasty food.

I'm vacationing at Prenses Sealine Beach in November 2023. Amazing impressions! The hotel is unique! Maybe because I am already over 50 years old, this hotel is ideal for my vacation. I have vacationed more than 20 times in 5 countries. I liked this hotel for its tranquility, green nature, comfort, lack of crowds, good quality, healthy and tasty food.
CLIMATE: November, +27 during the day, the sea is warm - you sit in it for hours. A place for health, pine trees, even turtles (they will not reproduce in a bad environment).
STAFF: The owners are, so to speak, very welcoming and not greedy. I still don’t understand how they keep prices for tickets so low....Everyone is really trying. The rooms are cleaned every day. They put two more bottles of water, two shampoos, two spruces, two soaps, change large towels, small ones and foot mats by the shower stall. Empty plates disappear from the table instantly.
Zafer (someone from top management) himself came up, talked about the interesting things about the hotel, inquired about the holiday, wanted to solve some of my problems, but I never came up with it. In response to my question: “Where does such pure Russian come from? ”, he told me how he studied in Krasnodar. It was very pleasant to communicate.
BEACH: The beach is “sinusoidal”: there is sand in the coves, small pebbles on the toes. Walk 100 meters to the beach through a well-kept “mini-park” with palm trees, flowers, green lawns. The grass is constantly watered and cut. Birds are singing. Paradise. There is a “promenade” for several kilometers along the sea for walking, running, and cycling.
HOTEL: Located in pine trees, breathing is a pleasure. The hosts, so to speak, are very welcoming and not greedy. I still don’t understand how they keep prices for tickets so low....The pool is small, there are sun loungers around. At the exit from the beach and at the hotel, it is convenient that there are taps with water to rinse your feet and not drag sand into the bed.
The tennis table is not homemade, but high quality. The central place for spending time was a bar area under the pine trees with all kinds of tables, tables, armchairs, hammocks, sofas...for relaxation, dating, “abuse” and gluttony, for working on the Internet....You can bask in the Hammam for free until lunch. Massage is paid, there are “professional” Thais.
BAR: High-quality wine, delicious cold beer for grilling and hot peppers with cheese. Coffee machine, hot chocolate. Cold delicious AIRAN! Pepsi in all variants. A delicious “juice” that is sold in Russia in glass bottles under the name “Pomegranate”. Turkish brewed tea is delicious. I was amazed by the sweetness of the little sugar cubes (what kind of crap do they sell here that requires you to pour 4 spoons into a mug? ).
ROOMS: The rooms are different. At the reception upon arrival, he himself put 300 liras (1000 rubles) in his passport.

He said that he didn’t like it, and without question they gave me a room on the first floor with a terrace and access to the pine trees. THERE IS EVERYTHING for mental relaxation at home, for communication, recovery, for working on the Internet. WI-FI is really good even in the rooms. The hotel is truly unique in terms of price/quality.

All the negative reviews about this hotel are true. I'll attach photos and videos later. The hotel positions itself as 4*, but in fact it doesn’t even qualify as 3*. We were shocked by what we saw.
RECEPTION
Corruption and extortion. The attitude at the reception leaves much to be desired. The hotel staff is not professional, Mr. Ahmet at the reception demanded 20 dollars for a room with a balcony, an element of corruption was openly displayed, a violation of the law of the Republic of Turkey.
Terrible service at the front desk, they are not interested in your problems, they ask you to come back later several times while the guest is waiting, the receptionist walks away and does not pay attention to expectations, the employee's goal is to gain personal benefit through extortion, especially a man named Ahmet (intending to send his photo ).
NUMBER
The hotel is in very poor condition and needs major renovations, the rooms are dirty and stinky.
The rooms have hard old mattresses and pillows. Scratched floors, stained and moldy walls, torn wallpaper and patches in some places. The air conditioner produces hot air. There are no dressing gowns. The window is broken, it doesn’t open, every part of the room is scary to look at, the paint is peeling, there are cracks. The mattresses on them are absolutely terrible, all covered in dirty, greasy stains. It feels like they haven’t been changed or washed even once all summer. In some mattresses the foam was crumbling due to age.
POOL
In the area near the pool, renovations are underway, they are pouring concrete, horror, concrete is harmful to the respiratory tract, dust gets into the lungs and pollutes the health of the guests, I noticed that children are near this and receive a lot of radiation.
In the pool, tiles had fallen off in places, there were dirty sun loungers and bird droppings. It feels like they haven’t been changed or washed even once all summer. There are wooden ones laid between the sun loungers, some sticks with nails sticking out.
Service at a very low level. They don't speak English. And so it is in everything. The furniture throughout the hotel is old, shabby and scratched, just like the hotel itself. The common restroom in the men's room has a terrible smell.
NUTRITION
The quality of the food is simply terrible, the same thing for breakfast, lunch, some mechanics are not fresh, what was left uneaten in the evening could easily be put out for lunch. Overcooked dry meat. Chicken or turkey. There is nothing from the sea of products. There are no fish. All the food was not tasty, we couldn't choose what to eat.
Cocktails in bars are generally some kind of swill, sometimes even without ice. The height of ignorance is the dirt in the food area, oil splashes on the walls, I almost vomited from what I saw. There is some glass on the tables and between the glass and the tablecloth there is dirt, grease, and hair.
The next day after check-in, we demanded a refund, the manager at the reception offered to change our room due to problems, and demanded an additional payment of 20 dollars for a room with a balcony.
This is not our first visit to Turkey, it’s a shame that this happened. Disgusting hotel, I would not recommend it under any circumstances. You will regret it 100 times. I intend to continue the fight with the hotel, in the near future I will submit a claim in writing, with the condition, photos and videos that I took on my phone. There are simply no words, these are scammers.
An official complaint to the following authorized bodies with a requirement to withdraw the stars and downgrade them to the motel level and make a refund, since the hotel did not provide the service:
