Good afternoon. I want to tell you about our family vacation in Turkey, namely the Rixos Park Belek hotel.

We rested at the end of May 2023, the hotel as a whole is good, everything is beautiful, there is animation, mostly adult, though a little monotonous. There was not enough children's animation, although it was, it was a little scarce. Although the child can be left under the supervision of specialized workers.
The food is varied and tasty as are the drinks which are of good quality.
The work of the staff is also at the level, they will always help and orient where and what.

But, this review was not written in order to praise or write bad, but in order to talk about the situation in which we found ourselves on our last vacation at this hotel.

In general, we fly away in the evening, as usual, we were asked to pack our things and vacate the room by 12:00, which is the norm. We started packing up and realized that I couldn’t find my AirPods Pro headphones.

I immediately thought that I had left it somewhere, but I understand that they did not go anywhere beyond the room for the entire vacation. After a long search, the understanding that they are not in the room. I go into the phone settings and see that my headphones are in a nearby hotel of this line, or rather in Rixos Premium Belek. I go to the reception desk, explain the situation, a girl named Julia immediately begins to help and understand the situation. He calls the security chief, he watches the cameras at the entrance to the room and sees only the cleaners and us. Then he calls a car and we go to this hotel. Headphones are tracked in the laundry area of ​ ​ this hotel. As they later explained to me, this hotel has a laundry room and it is here that they wash clothes from our hotel as well. The puzzle came together, the cleaners just by chance, or maybe not by chance, collected our linen from the room along with my headphones. Not coincidentally, because my headphones turned on intermittently several times at different times.
We went around everything, after which I was promised to look into it, find it, but this story, unfortunately, ended. I understand that perhaps no one is to blame, but we came to rest, but we didn’t get because of our mistake for $ 250. As I understand it, they decided to refund or not, but for 2 weeks I have not received an answer. That is why this review is here. It could not be headphones, your jewelry, watches, etc. In general, it is not safe to leave things in the room in this hotel, be careful.
