Rested family (two adults and children 13 and 4 years old). After two weeks, unnecessary emotions were filtered out and now the main thing remains. The hotel is very beautiful, large, gardens and grounds are lovingly and tastefully maintained. The entire staff tries to make the stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible for vacationers. All the troubles, in our opinion, are only from the desire of the hotel owners to cram as many people as possible into the hotel. We lived in a bungalow - a three-story house next to the main building - in a family room duplex. Around the beauty and peace, neighbors encountered within two weeks within five times. The room is spacious, bright and comfortable. Out of curiosity, we entered the main building. The corridor is like in a Soviet hostel - long, narrow, dark and on both sides of the room, room, room. Four people can hardly get into the elevator. Noise isolation is almost non-existent. You don't even want a view of the sea with such a settlement. When during the day all the people disperse somewhere, then a very complacent atmosphere. All tension comes during meals, especially at lunch and dinner. A huge crowd with children from six months to 6-7 years old (mostly) tries to sit down, but not everyone succeeded. I had to come several times later, but at the same time some dishes or fruits were no longer available (I had to be content with leftovers). Vanity as in a beehive! Either the Russians are the hungriest people in the world, or for such a huge number of people it was necessary to organize a different order of eating, but such a situation can only be called a canteen, it doesn’t pull on a restaurant. Another unpleasant impression was left by one bed broken in the room and slightly flowing water in the bathroom. Recreation and entertainment is not very intrusive. The animation guys are very charming and quite professional, but visibly tired. Some shows turned out to be simply enchanting, sparkling, beyond all praise. And a couple of shows were frankly in a "painful" state. Daily entertainment was not particularly diverse, both for children and adults. But some of the animators just attracted me. Our girls were fascinated by a young man named Oleg. Sensitive, kind, smiling, LOVING CHILDREN of any age (and they answered him with confidence), and just an interesting person. Clever and inventive teacher "BELKA". My little girl trusted Nora. In general, the kids are not abandoned at the hotel, their rest is safely arranged, but shortcomings can be picked up everywhere. Read the reviews of other vacationers and if the majority write about something, then this is the place to be. And if one or two hysterical remarks, then this is a very subjective opinion. So look for the positive in everything and life will be more beautiful.
