We bought tickets to this hotel in a Junior room. We were told at the agency that upon arrival we would be met at a separate reception, quickly settled, we would eat at a VIP restaurant. Arriving at the hotel, we went to the reception desk, separated us like everyone else bracelets and sent for lunch. Of course, we were shocked, but quietly, peacefully went to the restaurant - to the general one !!! ! returning, taking our watches, the guy at the reception apparently understood right then)))) We immediately changed the bracelets from orange to red, apologized for a long time, immediately gave the key to the room and a pretty girl Anna, who escorted us to the room, told absolutely everything In a hotel. We were very pleased with the room - large, on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea. After a while they brought us wine and fruit, there was also beer in the minibar. We really liked the service in the VIP restaurant. We want to thank the waiter Sabdul - he serves very well. You can eat ice cream there 24 hours a day without coupons, which our children really liked. Also, as I saw, the drinks in the VIP bar are also more varied. There is even an absolute. The only disadvantage of the VIP restaurant is that they don’t spend there, as in the main one we saw dinners of different cuisines of the world. Also, I would like that next year there would be a separate area for VIP guests on the beach. This is my advice to the hotel management. Maybe it would be great if there would be a service for such guests on the beach. In general, they were satisfied with the rest. Thanks a lot! After all, it’s difficult to get out only once a year, and it’s very disappointing when a vacation is taught not the way we would like.
