Were at the hotel from 08/26/2011 to 09/09/2011 with the whole family (children 11 years old and 2 years old). We were looking for a large hotel, because. With a small child, you don’t particularly travel on excursions. To say that I liked the hotel is to say nothing - a large green well-groomed interesting area. There are places to walk, things to do for both children and adults. Responsive and polite staff. We are very glad that we got to this hotel and sincerely believe that the rest was a success. I will try to reduce emotions and write impressions point by point:
1. Hotel. Gorgeous large landscaped area. As they say, respect and respect for the hotel and staff - it is difficult to maintain such a territory in such a state, but they succeed. A lot of greenery, thoughtful location, very beautiful design of both the hotel itself and the entire territory.
They persuaded me to visit the Spa. I resisted a little, but I'm glad that my husband insisted. There are simply no words to describe how amazing it was - the Turkish bath, coffee peeling, oil massage, and mask... just an indescribable feeling. She returned and sent her husband and daughter there - everyone is delighted!

2. Medicine. This is a family hotel, i. e. most were with children. And since there are many children, there are many diseases. With whomever they communicated (and since my kids are very active and sociable, they got to know almost everyone), most of the children had been ill. Symptoms: temperature under 40 for a day or two, snot, cough. Everyone is given the same diagnosis - tonsillitis, the same medications are prescribed - an antibiotic like our amoxicillin. For those who, like me, have not come across the Western system of insurance-treatment, you cannot immediately go to the doctor, you must first call your insurance company. While I was dealing with the insurance company, they took the child's temperature and looked at the throat. It turned out that my insurance does not work in this hotel. They charged me 65 euros for a doctor's examination! Now I will check with the tour operator in advance whether insurance works at the hotel.
3. Nutrition. We ate mostly in the main restaurant. It is a big problem to find a child seat, which, of course, is not surprising with so many children. Husband and eldest daughter (11 years old) were delighted. The husband was worried that he did not have time to try everything, but it was very tasty. But Turkish cuisine is different from Belarusian. The youngest spent 5 days on water and bread. Then I started eating scrambled eggs and pancakes for breakfast, grapes for lunch, and soups for dinner. I talked with other mothers, this is a problem for 80% of young children. Someone in Belek bought baby food in order to feed the children at least something, someone's children began to eat in a children's restaurant under cartoons. In general, they got out. For adults, of course, no problem: a lot of food, different, tasty and specific. Sweets are even difficult to describe - just something incredibly tasty and always something new. And in the morning we all sat down together on freshly squeezed orange juice. Many write about the lack of meat. It would be more correct to say - there is no pork and beef, there is chicken, turkey, veal, fish. By the way, for meat-eaters there is a free meat restaurant on site. And it's just awesome meat! Free ice cream is very nice, of course, but we still did not understand why the coupons. It would be easier to put one more person on the distribution, and the queues would be reduced.
4. Number. We took a room in the house, not in the main building. There are no complaints at all. The air conditioner worked properly. Cleaning and change of towels daily. By the way, the rooms in the main building are smaller than in the houses. Our house was very conveniently located (room 33A2) - everything seems to be nearby, and the noise from the disco is small. Slept with the door open. They frightened us with mosquitoes and ants - like if there is vegetation, then there will be living creatures. Not a single mosquito! A small lizard lived on the balcony, and in order to avoid ants, it is enough not to leave food in the open.
5. Children's town. Above all praise. After dinner, the children ran there at a run, and it was simply impossible to get them out of there before closing time. And a trampoline, and climbing frames, and swings, and slides, and a pool, and cartoons... everything a child's soul dreams of.

6. Beach and sea. There are a lot of sun loungers - whenever they came, they always found free ones. The beach is clean and cleaned all the time. The sea would also be clean if vacationers did not throw everything there. The sandy beach was important for us, we got it, but at the entrance to the sea there is a meter and a half of pebbles. Honestly, it hurts my legs a lot, especially with a baby in my arms. Waiting for a wave to come ashore. The sea is flaky - a layer of warm water, a layer of cold. They said that this is due to the river that flows next to the beach. So my opinion, the sea is much better in Kusadasi.
7. Our guide Bulgar. A businessman without a hint of humanity. No extra information if it doesn't make him money.
8. Excursions. Went with my daughter on a pirate yacht. In my opinion, this is entertainment for children under 6 years old, there is simply nothing to do older than that. We were told to bring towels and swimwear with us and everything else is already included in the price. BUT! If you want to have a bite to eat - an additional fee, and given that the trip takes almost the whole day, one modest lunch is somehow not enough. If you want the child to do something (for example, they offered sand crafts) - $ 5, a decal on the hand - $ 5. We sailed past the waterfall in Antalya. If you want to swim closer - $ 5. Very reminiscent of the service in the Crimea. But guides! I turn to you in the first place!! ! Is it really difficult to warn what is included in the price and what is not?!
We went to the water park, which is located next to a few hotels. The day flew by unnoticed. I highly recommend going. Both the older child and the younger loved it. By the way, you can swim with a dolphin there.

9. Shopping. I understand that the moment is irrelevant for many, but if there are people like me who need to dress fast-growing restless children and who consider it unreasonable to spend big money on children's clothing for one season, then I will say that after shopping, which is provided by a tour operator in lured places with unreasonably exorbitant prices, and trips to the Saturday market in Belek at slightly lower prices, we were advised by locals in Belek to go to Sirik. The landmark is the De Facto store. This is a small shop in a series of similar shops. How the locals showed it to us is a mystery to me, but there is a children's clothing store next to it. That's where I dressed the children at ridiculous prices. Minus - the locals do not know Russian at all, but you can find someone, usually someone young, who knows a couple of words in English, and no one has canceled the sign language. For example, in Belek, children's pants are $60-90, in Sirik - $5-7.
So our verdict is unequivocal - a very worthy hotel! If you do not look for flaws and tune in to rest, then you can call this place a piece of paradise! There are a lot of small amenities in the hotel, which are simply impossible to describe in a review, but which make the stay unforgettable. I would recommend this hotel especially to families with children! Thanks to the hotel administration for competent management, and to the staff for their benevolence, diligence, politeness and accuracy!
