The dishes are dirty, there are leftovers of dried food on the cutlery, there are stains on the plates. In the children's buffet, tables are very rarely cleaned, if a child spills something, they will not wipe it soon. Twice she personally made comments to the staff in the children's buffet, the food was spoiled: milk porridge and roast with meat. Appliances are not enough, you have to run after the waiters. Waiter in dirty clothes and not neat. All drinks are not natural, but on a powder basis, such as "Yuppi". Paper glasses.
There was always a queue to the hotel doctor. I don't know the reason for visiting.

We ordered a baby bed, they did not give it, we had to move the furniture in the room. The first 6 days they asked for a crib every day and did not ask for it. Strollers are not available for rent at the hotel. there are only 2 for the whole hotel. I think that those who lived in villas near the restaurant were the most unlucky. In the backyard, grilled dishes are fried and there is also an open sewer manhole. The aromas in the rooms are terrible - fried meat and poop : )).
