Good day! We rested from 08/21/2011 to 08/31/2011. The territory of the hotel is quite large, throughout the WI FI. Very large kids club with a children's pool. Lots of sunbeds near the sea and by the pool. There were always empty beds. The room was cleaned every day, you come and in the room there are figures from towels and things are laid out. Moreover, the cleaning lady always came in the morning (from 9 to 12) while we were on the beach. The mini bar was also replenished every day (young man shouting beer). Regarding the customer service: they called us several times on the phone and asked if everything was in order with us, if there were any comments. Overall impression of the hotel: excellent hotel with top-level service, wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel.
Alcohol.
Tuborg beer. The rest is Turkish production (cognac, vodka, tequila, rum, whiskey, wine, martini). There are cocktails in every bar (the list is written next to each bar). Pour without problems and quickly. Still very tasty tomato juice and orange in the morning.

There are no problems in communication, Russian-speaking staff is everywhere, and Russian girls at the reception in general. Immediately upon arrival, we were offered a standard room, although the view was of the inner garden, but we did not sit on the balcony, there was no time. The room is just like on the pictures of the official website of the hotel www. cesars. com. tr, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, safe - everything works. No problems with water. TV shows, among other things, the main Russian channels.
Nutrition. I liked the table with Turkish sweets, different cakes every day, wonderful figures are cut out of watermelons and melons before your eyes (very beautiful! ). Fruits and natural juice are generally endless. Twice got to live music - nice. There were "themed" dinners for two days: the day of Korean cuisine and the day of Mexican cuisine, all the staff were dressed in folk clothes of these countries and there was a table on which the chefs prepared for everyone right in front of them, apparently, something from the national cuisine of these countries. In addition to the main restaurant, you can eat in the outdoor snack bar, near the pool with slides. We visited 3 a la carte restaurants, fish, Italian, Turkish, most of all we liked the fish.
A huge plus of the hotel is its staff, they literally lick you. They try very hard to make the tourists have a positive experience. Always and everywhere ready to fulfill your every wish. In restaurants, as soon as you take a table, they fill your glasses with water and ask what else to bring to drink . . Upon returning from the sea after dinner, the room is always tidy and pleasantly smells of some kind of aroma.
At noon, water games were held at the main pool, fun in general.
The territory of the hotel is simply huge, you can walk for hours and every corner has its own beauty. Especially cool in the morning, while no one is there - such untouched beauty is all around: the pool is so even, the sunbeds are in a clear order and on the beach too, even the sand is leveled with something. Throughout the territory, greenery, lawns, flowers, palm trees - the eye rejoices. The staff is constantly looking after everything (they are generally like ants there - they are constantly doing something, working), the lawns are watered automatically. Paths throughout the territory between the bungalows are fenced with railings with a roof, it is pleasant to walk along such corridors in the evenings.

We got just on the main holiday of Eid al-Fitr - so beautiful - in the evening near the main pool, a treat was organized with all sorts of goodies (I really liked the table with apples in caramel, which we could not crack : ), then there was a water performance, but in general everyone in the hotel evening children's disco and some entertainment for their parents. We regretted that we did not take the child with us.
In general, a whole team takes care of children in a separate children's "city", there is everything for a child, children do not go out for hours, they have their own children's dining room, even their own children's bedroom. The impression is that this is really the largest mini-club for kids in Europe, as stated on the official website.
Tours were taken from a tour operator. We went to Pamukalla one day and went fishing in the reservoir. The road to Pamukalla seemed a bit long (about 4 hours, we stopped by for lunch and a store). They were not very satisfied. Excursion for the whole day. Asked at the reception to wake up at 5 am and collect rations. Everything was done. On fishing, the catch was not particularly successful, for the entire time of fishing, 5 fish were caught a little more than a palm in size. We were a little disappointed, but clean, warm and fresh water when swimming smoothed out the overall impression. Then there was dinner (you can’t call it a picnic), soup, baked fish (rainbow trout) and shish kebab were served. After dinner, for a fee, you could ride a pleasure boat.
All in all, it was a great vacation! We were happy and didn't want to leave! If next year we manage to go to Turkey again, without hesitation we will go with the whole family to this hotel.
