We rested in SUSESI with children 3 years old and 11 years old in the period from 07/22/11 to 08/05/11, we just rested in no other way, I will not list the advantages of the hotel, there are really a lot of them.
We chose the hotel, like many, according to reviews, read negative ones and still took a chance.
Everything was just great!! ! We arrived very early, settled us at 10 am with the help of 50 dollars. presents and smiles in Terrace Houses overlooking the pool, room 3323 from the balcony direct access to the children's pool, and jacuzzi. The kids were happy!!!
The food is varied, during the day we dined in Takatuk near the sea, where the staff is at the highest level, in the Sandal bar near the pools, the kids were taken to eat pancakes, corn, etc.
The pools are magnificent everywhere, islands, rivers, a waterfall, everything is just class.
We rented a Chalet near the pool, expensive, but super.

The sea is like the sea, for the entire time of the rest we swam in it 4 times, and then closer to the end of our holiday, I can say the coast is clean, the entrance to the sea is smooth.
I’ll tell you something that might be useful to someone, the day before departure, my family and I decided to go to the hotel reception and pay for our previously rented Chalet, we say, please re-read the cost of the chalet in dollars, since all prices in the hotel are in euros, The girl says okay, what room number, we tell her, after some time she tells us they say you owe such and such an amount, I didn’t move in much and I say this is your course or you made a mistake, the girl says yes no, everything is fine here, she prints the bill says to us, look, the Chalet and the SPA services . . , we are what kind of SPA we are talking about, well, he says you were in the SPA on the 26th, and ordered services for 120 euros, I don’t remember 140, my wife and I looked at each other , entered into a slight stupor... then we say, you only have a chalet, apparently some kind of mistake, more representatives of the Reception came running, they show us the check the same as on the Chalet, but the check that is on the Chalet with the signatures of the Wife, dates and signatures of the gestrelation which they sold us a CHALET, but at the SPA there were only sums and nothing, and our number rooms, the wife, respectively, has a copy of the CHECK only for the CHALET, we said guys, you understand, but we will only pay for the CHALET, the epic lasted 30-40 minutes, they called someone in the SPA with his wife by phone. some young lady said, they say, their system broke down and they hurriedly wrote out CHECKS by hand, well, nonsense. I ask and often this happens to you, they answer us yes no for the first time, they say, we smiled with my wife and understood everything, but the number did not go through, they did not even apologize to us.
And imagine the picture at 5:30 in the morning the transfer comes for us, we calmly go to move out to pay for our CHALET and we have such a swing and even in the morning only one representative of the Receptionist ate his eyes, he would rinse our brains, and under the fear of being late for the plane we had to to pay 120 euros just to fall behind.
So I advise everyone, if you order a service, pay on the same day and close the account and take a copy of the invoices of the checks and look carefully so that everything is filled out.

Summing up, I didn’t want to scare anyone away, but I just focus on attentiveness, because for someone it’s a vacation, but for someone it’s additional income
Choose SUSESI you will not regret the hotel is super!!!! ! We will go to SUSESI next year, we and the children really liked the hotel.
