Rested from 12 to 22 May 2010 three of us: parents and a child of 3 years. The tour was taken through Anex-Tour, since neither Turtesse nor Tez-tour had tours to this hotel (it was exactly 1 month before the planned trip). We were very worried, because we had never used the services of this operator, and the reviews about it were sometimes not very good. In general, everything was fine, if you do not pay attention to the fact that instead of the requested flight from Kyiv at 11.00, we were given tickets for a flight at 5.00 in the morning. But since tickets were issued 1 day before departure, we did not waste time on dismantling.
So, we arrived in Antalya at 7.30 am. And they immediately calmed down a little about the Anex Tour: the entire airport was plastered with advertisements for the Anex Tour. And on the trip to the buses of the Anex-tour there was a cool thing - a special refreshing canopy: you go in, and small, small splashes of water fall on you. Although no one went there - everyone ran to the buses

We got to the hotel in 1 hour 10 minutes (although the guide promised to take us in 50 minutes; ). On the way we stopped at three more hotels. We arrived at the hotel around 9:30. Two more girls got off the bus with us. After filling out the questionnaires, we were immediately given rooms (without any additional payments and requests! ) In the Second Main Building (2nd Main Building), although we took a Bungalow (cheaper). And the girls, in my opinion, were given rooms in the First Main (Main Building), although they also took a bungalow. To the question "why", they answered that they have numbers. Apparently, May 12 was still "not the season. " But, for example, on May 16, I went to the Reception, it was clear that the people were waiting for the settlement (sleeping on sofas). But still, families with children try to settle in early. We spoke to a family with 2 children (from Russia) who arrived on May 20th. Then they were settled at 11.30 (1 hour after arrival).
The 2nd Main Building is essentially the 3rd building, which is usually not visible in panoramic photos of the hotel. Usually you can see two buildings that, like ships, look at the sea - this is block A and block B of the First Main Building (Main Building). By the way, one side of block A goes to the construction site.
We were settled in room 2516 on the 3rd floor (2nd Main Building), the windows overlooked the RELAX pool, the garden, the Mexican restaurant (see photo, all even rooms overlook the pool, and odd rooms overlook the construction site of a neighboring hotel). Very beautiful view! In any case, I am grateful that we were settled closer to the restaurant and the sea, otherwise it would be very difficult for a child to walk such distances. Bracelets are not accepted at this hotel.
The room did not have a third bed for a child. I called the Reception and asked (in English) for a bed for a 3 year old child, because I suspected that they could bring a crib for babies. And so it happened. When we arrived after dinner, there was this little bed. I called again. And literally within 5 minutes the maid came with a folding bed and quickly (just instantly) changed everything
At a meeting with the guide (the next day), we were given the schedule of restaurants, eateries, water parks, amusement parks, etc. , rules for using the safe, as well as a plan of the hotel (all in the form of photocopies). In general, it is better to print timetables at home.
The hotel has a policy of environmental protection. Therefore, on each perennial tree there are numbers (each tree is under state protection), there are traps-feeders with bait for insect pests. Everywhere there are posters with information that turtles lay their eggs on this coast. Therefore, let those who think that the sunbeds are too far from the shore be not angry - this is a place left for turtles ; .

In this hotel, I really felt how much they care about vacationers, about their comfortable stay, about safety. In the kids club, all the posts are wrapped in foam rubber. During the operation of the water park, the place in the pool where they descend from the slides is fenced with a rope with buoys. One night it rained, then in the morning, at the entrance to the Main Building, a rubber track was laid on the marble tiles. The weather forecast for 3 days hangs in the elevators. All toilets have changing tables, and there are even small terry towels in the toilet near the main restaurant. Very good idea with 16+ restaurant, 16+ pool and 16+ pier. The hotel has a lot of vacationers with children. Therefore, those who are disturbed by children can retire in these areas and not feel discomfort.
And how convenient that lunch and dinner are brought to the kids club (and ice cream, of course! ). Lunch at 12.00, dinner at 18.00 is 1 hour before lunch and dinner at the Main Restaurant. There is also a boiler with drinking water and a refrigerator with juices in bags. The kids club is open from 10.00 to 22.00 without a break. Accordingly, the child can have lunch and dinner there. Also, ice cream and pastries are available almost all day long on the first floor of the Main Building - just opposite the shopping arcade - from 10.00 to 18.00.
In the children's club for each age category there is a separate room-house. There are UFO heaters everywhere. There is carpet everywhere, you have to take off your shoes at the entrance. There is a bedroom with cots in the form of a carriage, cars, etc. But I did not see anyone sleeping there... except for the animators; . There is a separate room for watching cartoons. But they don't have many cartoons with Russian translation (only 51 Planets and Shark Bait). I thought that I could take a couple of CDs with me and give them as a gift. Although children's songs in Russian include. There are Russian-speaking animators in the kids club. The bathroom in the kids club is completely wooden - both the walls and the floor (this is very important: the child will not be able to slip and fall). In the morning, all this is washed with a hose - both the walls and the floor. Children's tables of the girl are wiped in the morning with some kind of disinfectant. The furniture is all high-quality, Chicco firms. And the materials that are used for creativity are also of high quality: for example, non-toxic water-based plasticine (this is usually sold in jars).
Only if you are traveling with small children, then keep in mind that there are no toys for the smallest: no apiaries with shovels, no cars, no balls, no cubes. (All this, of course, is in the supermarket in the hotel). True, there is a large constructor "Road" (see photo), but there are no cars to drive along it. There are two identical dump trucks that our 3-year-old son was absolutely not interested in. There are also some board games and puzzles. In principle, there are no complaints about the kids club, because it is designed for children from 4 years old, and all the working material comes from the boxes.

We got to the celebration of Youth Day in Turkey on May 19 (probably the former Pioneer Day, like ours). The kids in the kids club were painted red and white with the Turkish flag and walked around the hotel grounds with the orchestra (see photo).
We celebrated our birthdays in this hotel - my husband and I (with a difference of several days). On my husband's birthday, they brought a bottle of champagne, two glasses, strawberries with powdered sugar and a greeting card to the room. It was very nice. But they still forgot about my birthday.
Nutrition.
I will not talk about the whole variety of dishes, I will only note what was important for me: that the child had good side dishes - not spicy and not oversalted (otherwise we got caught with one hotel). There was rice, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, french fries (of course ; ), vermicelli. Only one dish called "Turkish Rice" was peppered. And the soups are delicious! Even my child enjoyed eating. By the way, they were for breakfast, and for lunch, and for dinner. The restaurant also sells baby food in jars (“HIPP”). Prices - from 4 euros. Orange juices - for a fee (1 euro). But quite tasty juices from packages. The waiters are really some kind of slow, frightened, tortured, afraid to approach the table. All are young. There was no one to even tip. But then, nevertheless, there was one nimble young man, with whom we became friends. We are picky people, if tea was not brought to us until the end of breakfast, then we took it ourselves - this is much faster. For lovers of white tablecloths, I will say that there were no tablecloths. There were either napkins or branded paper coasters a little larger than A4 (for breakfast).
In the afternoon (13.00-17.00) Turkish cakes (gozleme) are made near the children's club - pancakes with filling. If you want a non-spicy filling, take grated hard cheese or homemade cheese.
Spa.

The manager from the spa, who walks around the hotel and offers services to everyone, offered a set of procedures for $ 70: coffee peeling, classic full body massage with olive oil, body massage with aromatic oil and a face mask. In fact, with aromatic oil, they only gave me a facial massage, not the whole body. But I still liked it. A few days later, when I met this young man, I asked him about the aroma oil massage. He again began to assert that the massage with aroma oil should have been for the whole body, and not just for the face. I started to find out when I was, who gave me a massage... As a compensation, he again offered me some kind of massage for half the price, but I was no longer seduced.
Services of photographers.
Be careful when you take pictures on electronic media. They have a virus on their computer. So be sure to check at home. We were photographed by photographer TUFI (calls himself Jack) - we liked it. Of course, the photos are expensive ($10), but it's worth taking a couple of family photos. We asked about the possibility of taking pictures cheaper, but he said that it was for the boss. The boss's job is to sell you the whole package of photos (more than 100 pieces) + posters + CD + album, etc. for 300 dollars (or euros). We barely “begged” our 14 photos from him for $10 each. But then our photographer caught up with us and offered to send us all the photos for $100. But we didn't need them anymore.
Billiards, bowling, children's machines.
Make sure you have euros. They do not have small dollars to change, so they start giving a mixture of dollars and euros, which is not always correct. Bowling costs 4 euros for 1 party (until 16.00), in the evening it is more expensive (10 euros, in my opinion). Slot machine, children's airplane or car (1 token) - 1.5 euros or 2 dollars.
Luna Park (free).
At the beginning of our holiday, all the rides were working. But in the end, the Ferris Wheel broke. And the opening hours of the amusement park have changed. First, he worked in the first half of the day (10.00-17.00), and then in the second (due to the fact that it became hotter). This is the transition to summer time. There is a train, airplanes, horses, "Chamomile" (on chains). Planes make a lot of "puff" when they are lifted to the second level. So be careful that the child is not scared. The worker who turns on this attraction even asked us if it was possible to turn on the lift (when our child rode alone).
Evening shows.
Very beautiful. Mostly visiting artists. One day a week - the performance of the animators is also quite spectacular. The child liked it. I'll try to post a video.
TV.

We were pleased that our favorite channels were Discovery (in English) and Baby TV (in tour). The child quickly fell asleep to the calm music of Baby TV.
Wi-Fi was free everywhere: both in the room and near the pool…
You can get to the center of Belek for shopping by local transport - they drive "tractors" with trailers. Leave the hotel and go to the main road. Cross the road - there is a bus stop there. Tractors run every half an hour (for example, at 10.00, 10.30, 11.00, etc. ) - the fare is 1 dollar. Drive to the end. From Belek in the same way, at the same time. When paying, the conductor will ask which hotel you are going to, and then they will stop where they need to. You can, of course, take a taxi: near the hotel they offer for 4 euros, on the road - for 3 euros.
The territory of the hotel is very large, so if you are in doubt whether to take or not to take a stroller for a child (for example, 2.5 years old), then it’s better to take it so that you don’t carry it in your arms. I saw more than one family who have children of the same age. So they just took a stroller for the twins - and there are no problems. There were a lot of families with babies. In general, there are many shady places for such children, but the paths are all under the sun.
We liked the hotel very much, we would like to come back here again. We will recommend it to all our friends.

P. S. Do not forget that liquids cannot be taken on a plane in Turkey (maximum 90 ml per person). Well, they can leave a bottle of water for three (0.5). It is a pity to look at crying women who have expensive cosmetics thrown out of their purses (with the exception of purchased and properly packaged in Duty Free).
