Everyone liked the hotel!

We were given our first room at 9 am, right after breakfast. The second - neighboring - at 14.00. thus, instead of one room with two rooms, we had two rooms with two bathrooms, and the rooms themselves were simply connected by a door. We were not given a sea view, but by and large the windows to the main entrance are also very personal. But during the season, I would prefer to live in a bungalow, because buses with tourists will arrive in the main building from the side of the main entrance in the mornings, and cheerful companies will hang out from the side of the pool in the evenings. The rooms themselves are standard: not large, but not cramped either, a good balcony, clean, the minibar is replenished regularly, you can choose a pillow (feather, anti-allergen, cotton)

Meals: the choice of dishes is two fives with a plus, if there are those who say that “there is nothing to take” - I don’t know what these people eat at home. I was especially pleased with the choice of fresh herbs, the presence of Turkish donuts every morning and an awesome selection of sweets.
As well as freshly squeezed juices almost all day (orange juice in the main restaurant and carrot, apple juice in the Olivia coffee shop).
If you still start to find fault: 1. A la carte restaurants (everything except for fish) are located in the main restaurant - that is, all the noise from the main restaurant is present there. 2. There were no strawberries (they already sell them on the roads and in stores, but there were none in the restaurant). 3. Jack Daniels is not included in the ultra-all-inclusive. I had to be content with Ballantine's, RedLabel and Jameson; )

Territory: amazing! Soft lawns, pine trees, you can sunbathe on the beach and on the grass, everything is clean, well-groomed! Lovely-expensive to watch and walk! There are sports grounds, mini-quay. Cool sun loungers: each with an individual awning. The beach is large, 6 rows of sun loungers, long, with a bar, playground and wooden paths.
Since I undertook to look for cons: I hope there are not many mosquitoes from the river in summer

I can’t say anything about adult animation, because.
the animators themselves are still not working at full strength, and we are not particularly amateurs. But the children's - the highest class! One rope town with a climbing wall is worth something! Animator Ilmar (I apologize if I made a mistake in spelling the name) is simply a miracle! Kids love it! He remembers everyone by name, he is always friendly. And in the season, an aqua park and a playground will open. Every day the children have classes in the kids club, some games, there is a whole schedule! ! In general, I have not yet met a better place for families with children! ! By the way, table tennis rackets are always available, the hotel has its own bowling alley with 4 lanes, a sports bar.

There are two indoor pools: one regular, the second in the SPA area. Although the usual pool is small, somehow we were always lucky, there were few people, and several times it turned out that we were swimming alone. Heated indoor pools, did not swim in the street ones, because the water is still cold. They didn’t climb into the sea, but some swam and even bathed children
But on my own behalf, I’ll say the following: the hotel is really entirely family-friendly, I haven’t seen 16+ zones - only where there is a SPA, there is a restriction, and I wouldn’t want to get to Xanadu without a child, because children are EVERYWHERE)) and since not all children behave calmly and peacefully, the lack of zones for adults can be a significant disadvantage. In this regard, it is very well thought out in Voyage, where there is an adult restaurant, an adult beach, an adult pool.

Contingent: at the end of March there were a lot of Iranians - they have Navruz, apparently many take vacations for this period. They are quite noisy and a little impudent (Russians are somehow even more modest). Almost all staff speaks Russian. The atmosphere is very friendly, you really feel welcome.
