I really liked the hotel, the territory is large, beautiful and well-groomed, there is where to hide from the heat. I especially liked the sea, it's just perfect! It's great for kids too. A whole children's town, all under awnings. 3 zones for different ages. The beach also has a playground. The animation is great, cool shows every evening.
Some not-so-pleasant moments:
1. Upon arrival at the reception, they incorrectly entered data on the dates of birth of me and my husband, mixed up the month (July and June). Therefore, we spent half a day connecting to the hotel's Wi-Fi. Couldn't figure out why. We learned that the months were mixed up when we were congratulated on our birthday a month earlier! ) And twice. First me, then my husband. I think this happened because of the huge flow of tourists to this hotel during the peak season. When we checked in, people at the reception constantly approached and solved some issues.

2. In the main restaurant you constantly run into people with plates. The table is hard to find right away. There were a lot of people at the end of June! This moment was the most stressful. Because breakfasts and dinners are only there.
3. Another moment with sun loungers on the beach. At 8 in the morning they start throwing towels on the sun loungers. Leave and go for half a day. As a result, if you like to sleep in the morning, and then go to the sea, there is practically no chance of finding a free sunbed. The same goes for the pools. The hotel management could look into this.
4. There was always a feeling that you were in some conveyor. There was a lack of soulfulness. We are even tired of such a holiday)
