The hotel is good. For children (ours is 2.5 years old) paradise. The food is excellent for him and for us. They look after security. Fine sand. The beach is great.
I want to write reviews about Intourist. Terrible customer service! For the sake of profit, ready for anything! Hotel guides - Almaz and Alipasha - initially give incorrect information about excursions. The main thing is to sell excursions by juggling the facts. In fact, everything is different.
Intourist provides a supposedly free service - delivery to the shopping center in Antalya. Before the trip, they say: "With a stop at the leather store. " Ok, I think I might look into something there. As a result, the collections in the leather store suck, I don’t buy anything. We leave the store, they tell us: we spent a little time in the store - you won’t see any shopping centers. They put you on a bus and take you back to your hotel. Lost day!

Bought a trip to Istanbul, for $600 for 2 adults and a 2 year old child. With us friends - a pregnant woman. We are assured that the trip is easy, bus. As a result, we are dropped off and taken to the so-called palace, where there is nothing to see and it is under restoration and for 5 hours, standing, in the middle of this palace, we listen to the guide. People nearly faint from exhaustion. The bus is brought in at night before being sent back. As a result, instead of the arrival promised by Intourist at 23.00. We stay at the hotel for 2 nights. They took us, by the way, from the hotel at 3 am. My pregnant friend could hardly stand it all. And people from the group came up and sympathetically asked how the child endures such a difficult and uninteresting excursion. On the way from the airport, one couple was forgotten to drop off, and they were forced to go to the last hotel with everyone to the end and then back (this is +3 hours, subject to a day without sleep).
Another excursion to the children's park, and here, instead of the promised 30 minutes drive to the park, they take 1.5 hours... In general, it's a hoax, the main thing is to sell the excursion! And the guides just shrug their shoulders and say that it is not in their power to influence the driver who went the other way and did not drop people off, they are not able to influence the store sellers who send you back if you did not buy anything, etc. Look for excursions on the Internet, near hotels... but not in Intourist.
