We planned a vacation for a very long time, as we were going to celebrate the anniversary of my husband! The event is very important for our whole family, so no expense was spared. My husband is very picky, which is why we chose the Club Prive By Rixos Belek villa complex. We thoroughly researched this hotel and decided that this is the right place for OUR perfect celebration!
The hotel in general is not bad, but. . . the staff. We paid a little more than 2 million rubles and expected to receive decent service - very lame for this level of hotel.
The location and comfort of the villas are not bad. We rested in the Prive Villa, with a private pool. Club cars were waiting for 20 minutes, they explained that "Well, sorry, we don't have enough of them. " The service at the Club House restaurant is really Chaos. Especially during rush hour. Even if they write orders in their notebook, they still forget and confuse, and carry them for a long time. There seem to be a lot of waiters, but at the same time they seem to be non-existent. I had to take spoons myself, go for napkins. The birthday went "normally", just as well and even better, we could celebrate it in Russia.

The beach is average. Pebbles made it very difficult to enter the water, especially for children.
In general, it is difficult to say that we enjoyed the rest. We do not recommend this hotel and will never return.
