We were settled in another building in a larger room (2 rooms + 2 bathrooms), because there "you can't hear the music at all. " Upon entering, we were very surprised by the number of mosquitoes, especially in the bathrooms. Hordes. And, like the first time, the baby crib was not found by default. At the reception they said that “now there are mosquitoes everywhere, but we can give a fumigator” and “there will be a crib now”. It was dirty, gaping holes here and there, the plastic at the corners was cracked everywhere, a rusty self-tapping screw was sticking out of one corner. We folded it and went to the store, on the way going to the reception and asked to change the crib. When we came back, there was still the same bed, carefully assembled and made up. A rusty self-tapping screw peeped treacherously out of the corner. I had to call/wait again. They brought another, also dirty, but at least safe for the child.

We did not wait for the fumigator, we had to act in the old-fashioned way, enthusiastically run after the bloodsuckers before going to bed. Mosquitoes appeared from somewhere in the bathrooms, from where - a mystery. But we closed them, going there they killed 5-7 pieces. Without exaggeration - when we checked out, the walls, ceilings and floors in these rooms looked like a battlefield: dead mosquitoes were stamped everywhere.
It was cold in this room at night (+18). The bottom of the crib is near the floor, I had to take the little one to my bed. In the morning we were at the reception (in general, I must say, we went there more often than to the beach), where we were told that the heating was turned on only from 22 to 2. The day after that, the heating was not turned on at all at night.
After some time, we got used to all this, and lived out the rest of the paid time, waiting for the checkout. But:

The first minus we encountered is that dinner is served at 18:45, the children's table also works according to the adult's schedule. The kid is already sleeping at 19:00, he has dinner at 16-17, which means that we had to invent something and somehow adapt. I had to go to the store, buy baby food (the assortment of which leaves much to be desired - there is no meat there, mostly fruit cans, and even those in the vast majority with starch in the composition). After that, in the morning we collected food from the children's table in jars for dinner for the baby. By the way, I didn’t go to dinner, as I had to monitor my son’s sensitive sleep.
So, the children's table in this hotel looks like this: boiled chicken in small pieces, boiled potatoes, beef sausages, pasta, oatmeal, buckwheat, rice porridge on the water, grilled chicken, beef cutlets (sometimes lamb is added). Grilled cutlets and chicken are very tasty, but with a decent amount of pepper added.
In the morning (for some reason, only in the morning) boiled carrots, or cauliflower, or broccoli. There is yogurt with sugar in the refrigerator, and sweets abound: sweet biscuits, waffles, and so on. At lunch, sometimes (! ) in the refrigerator you can find jars of baby food of 2 types: assorted vegetables, assorted fruits. With starch, of course. There is also a microwave nearby, no blender has been heard of here.
My child is used to eating a lot of vegetables, meat is different every day. Naturally, with such a variety, he ate poorly. Why it is impossible to serve at least sometimes boiled fish, stewed vegetables, beef is a mystery, since on an adult table all this is present with a huge amount of salt and pepper, unfortunately.
Fruits. My toddler, like a lot of kids his age, loves bananas. He is ready to eat everything with a banana. But they were not in the hotel. Only apples, pears, oranges.
I asked at the reception what the trouble was with bananas, the answer was amazing "it's not the season now. " Yes, I did not ask about watermelons in January, but about bananas in April, which were sold in abundance at the market! I had to go to the store (the nearest one is 10-15 minutes walk along the highway) for bananas! At the entrance / entrance to the territory adjacent to the hotel, there is a sign “please do not bring purchased vegetables and fruits to the hotel”. I wouldn't bring it, but you're in trouble with them.
On the 4th day of our vacation, I found a decent piece of thin iron wire in a chicken from a children's (! ) table. Who reads this - please watch what the children eat in the hotel. I don't even want to think about what could happen.
Regarding the territory: it is not huge, but there is where to walk for half an hour, but not longer.
A lot is arranged for athletes: there is tennis, ping-pong, a football field, a basketball field, and mini-golf.
The beach is normal.
Many pools, water slides, including for children, looks very even.
There is a fenced playground.
The staff is smiling, polite, with rudeness did not come across. At the reception, a girl was clearly caught “just to answer something, ” but pretended to want to solve our problems, she offered the baby not bananas, but cucumbers. I laughed, argued and explained nothing to her.
Outcome:
If you are traveling with a baby who does not sleep in an adult bed and does not eat food from an adult table, definitely bypass this hotel! Only you will break your head with what, when and where to feed him.

We bought a tour to a standard room, settled in an economy one. They promised to relocate and forgot. Air conditioning does not work in the room. But even if it worked, it would still be problematic to use it. Since it is located in the direction of the bed. There is practically no internet in the room. At 18, there was no doctor at the reception at the hotel, not even a bandage, not to mention a first aid kit. You still need to walk to the pharmacy, which is located in Belek. You are completely alone with your problems "dear guests".

We arrived at the hotel at about 12 noon, filled in all the necessary documents and we were immediately settled in the room, although usually check-in takes place after 14:00. At our request, they immediately brought a crib to our room. Having unpacked our suitcases and changed clothes, we immediately went to get acquainted with our house for the next 10 days.
The territory of the hotel is not small, but it cannot be called large either. There are three swimming pools, a mini water park with three slides, two playgrounds, a tennis court, a golf and football field, direct access to the sea. We liked the quality, professional animation. There are kids clubs from 4 to 10, from 10 to 15 (or 16) and animation for adults (yoga, aqua aerobics, darts) was something else, but honestly, we spent all the time with the child on the beach and noticed only that was in sight.
The beach is sandy, fairly clean, the entry into the sea is gentle, very comfortable with a child. By the way, this beach is marked with a blue flag. The water cannot be conveyed at all, how warm it is, what does it have in the morning, in the evening, even in the evening it is warmer. For the whole day it warms up and by six or seven in the evening it becomes like fresh milk. True, the sea is not calm in the afternoon, there were waves almost every day, but in the morning it was completely calm on the water - it is a pleasure to swim.
Special thanks to the chefs. Cooked varied and delicious, we ate with pleasure, and we and the child. True, it is always better to clarify whether the dish is spicy, sometimes it can turn out to be unexpectedly spicy or slightly spicy, although more often everything was neutral and we fed the child the same food we ate ourselves. But there was also a separate children's kitchen: cereals on the water, steamed vegetables, small pasta, light soups without salt, yogurts, baby purees in jars and cookies in abundance. As for the attitude towards children, this is a separate fetish. Children are the most important guests. We had a case, our baby after the sea fell asleep at 12 noon and could not wait for dinner at 12:30 to eat. Walking from the beach to the room and talking among ourselves, we discussed that the little one would again go to bed hungry and cry. The chef passing by heard this and asked: who is hungry, the child??? ? So feed him!! ! He led us into the kitchen and brought us a plate of soup with a bun. We fed the child, and he said that children are the most important thing, if the child wants to eat, you can always go to the kitchen, explain the situation and they will feed him.
By the way, the guest relations manager told us the same thing, but we could not imagine that for the sake of one child they could open a restaurant and stop the work of several chefs at once! I am sure that this would not have happened in any hotel in Europe !!!

Drinks and snacks are available at the beach bar, pool bar, hotel bar and reception lobby. A gastronomic feast starting at 7 am without a break lasts until 21:30.

But the air conditioner lives its own life, the temperature is practically not regulated, it is stuffy during the day, and on the contrary, it froze in the evening / night.
Large TV, there is the first Russian channel, the rest are in German / Turkish, which, however, did not prevent the children from watching cartoons)
The food is good, for all tastes - both fast food lovers and healthy food lovers.
From day to day, the assortment does not change much, but it is wide enough to diversify the food on its own.
At first I decided that they don’t give free alcoholic drinks in the restaurant - they roll a cart with paid ones.
It turned out that they give, apparently they don’t really want to advertise.
We really liked the baklava in the restaurant - among the desserts the leader in demand, very tasty, I have not eaten this in the Russian Federation.
I also really liked the chilled ayran, which is distributed in bars near the beach - something like a non-acidic, slightly salty kefir.
An excellent, fun animation team kept kids and adults entertained every day.
Games/sports during the day, performances in the evening.
There are not enough places for everyone to perform, you need to take it in advance.
