Hello! Stayed at this hotel with my husband and child. I must say right away that positive reviews are written apparently by those people who generally rest abroad for the first time, it all reminded me personally of our Sochi, and the Turks are the same Azerbaijanis. In general, we usually go to Southeast Asia (Thailand, Singapore, etc. ), but because the child is not yet 2 years old (1 year and 10 months), I was afraid to take him on a long flight with transfers, and decided to go to Turkey, in the end we just needed the sea and the sun. So there is something to compare with. In general, about all the advantages and disadvantages in order.
Upon arrival, we were settled in a room in the first building on the ground floor with a "beautiful" view of the roof and narrow windows, the impression was that in the basement. Plus excellent audibility of the evening disco. I offered to pay extra, even for the Family Room, but the Russian girl at the reception said that the hotel was 100% full, come the day after tomorrow, maybe something can be solved. I did not wait the day after tomorrow, I went tomorrow, and, fortunately, another Russian girl moved us to a beautiful room in the third building on the fifth floor, with windows to the floor and a normal view from the window (to the garden). Thank her for this.
By the way, about the room, they cleaned it up sleevelessly, even despite the tip (one day they didn’t come even once, although I called and asked to be cleaned), until one waiter slipped me a client profile in the restaurant, and I didn’t put about a three for Room Service (according to their system of emoticons). The next day, a girl from Guest Relations called (this is like an administrator, if anyone does not know), to find out why such a low rating. In general, her husband approached her, personally talked at once about all the shortcomings, starting with the room, ending with the simply disgusting gym, which he went to out of habit (he doesn’t give up sports on vacation), but in the end he had to give up classes. I have never seen a worse sports hall in my life!!!

After the conversation, bathrobes and slippers were brought to our room, as well as puzzles for the child as a gift. It is good, of course, that they reacted to it quickly.
As for food, there is only one all-inclusive restaurant (the rest are A la carte), respectively, almost all residents eat there. This creates queues of 20-25 people for meat for dinner and 10-15 people for pancakes for breakfast. Sorry, but I'm not ready to stand 30 minutes to get my portion of meat. Well, although there were significantly fewer people for the fish, we ate it.
What really bothered me there was that the Turks constantly pawed at my child (they pinched his cheek, then stroked his head). It's like an expression of their gratitude. Naturally, I couldn’t pull them all the time, I just had to smile. As a result, after ten days, he began to simply shy away from everyone.
But the most important surprise awaited me at the end of the holiday. At first, the child developed an intestinal infection (but, thank God, in a fairly mild form, they got off with one enterofuril), and on the last day my husband and I were poisoned.
People!! ! Why don't you write about it? After all, every second of the children there has intestinal infections, and some of them get sick in a rather severe form (vomiting, diarrhea with blood, high fever), they stay in hospitals for two days under droppers. We just arrived, the hotel guide immediately told us not to bathe the child in the pool (in connection with this), we swam only in the sea, and then we picked it up somewhere.
Adults there do not get sick as massively as children, just because from 12 noon, 90% of vacationers begin to disinfect in the form of consuming a considerable amount of strong alcohol. Well, we don’t drink VOTKA (this is what they say on bottles of local vodka), and please! Both my husband and I were poisoned by something unknown. Although I think it's still an infection, and not some specific product.

In general, the Turks save on everything, coffee is instant, there are no kettles in the rooms, there are many nuances that, in principle, you can turn a blind eye to, but when it is in such a volume, it certainly starts to strain. 5 stars certainly does not smell here.
Although.............. I think most of the problems I have listed are in all hotels in Turkey, so if anyone has seen anything sweeter than carrots, welcome to Turkey, and we said goodbye to her forever!
