A big plus of the hotel is a kids club with rooms for games from 0+, playgrounds, children's pools with slides. In a public restaurant there is something to choose from to feed a 1.5-year-old child.
Upon arrival, I liked the hotel, settled quickly, the room is not bad (I'm not a picky vacationer), the beach is clean, the water is super. The food is delicious and varied. There are a lot of children in the hotel: Ukrainians, Germans, Turks, Russians, I even heard Arabic. BUT my joy and hope of a good relaxing holiday was overshadowed by a big MINUS - there are a lot of smokers in the hotel, and everywhere. On the beach, instead of breathing sea air, my child and I have to constantly breathe tobacco, one finished, the second started and no one pays attention to the fact that children are nearby, there are even small 3-5 months old. They smoke on the beach, they smoke near the pools, and on the playground on the grass, and near the bars, and even in the main restaurant. A Russian couple smoked next to us during dinner in the non-smoking area, and neither the manager nor the waiter reprimanded them. Ok, when the parents of a child smoke, then he has no choice... But why should my child constantly breathe this smoke on vacation ? ! Passive smoking is very harmful to the body, especially children!
If the hotel administration reads the reviews on the site, I would ask them to separate smoking and non-smoking areas on the beach. Plus, pay more attention to the fact that smoking is not a necessity, but a whim. There should be several dedicated places for smokers, let them satisfy their bad habit, and not poison the rest of normal non-smokers, especially children.
