The hotel is very good, clean and welcoming. All the staff work very hard and try to pay attention to all the guests.
The hotel area is very clean. There are many terraces where you can spend time during the day or in the evening.
The food is very tasty, especially from the main restaurant. A good selection of dishes for children and adults, also a variety of dietary options.
We liked the animation in this hotel. For those who want to continue after the show, you can always stay at the disco, which lasts until 2 am.
The hotel has an aqua park, 2 large swimming pools, one of which is located in a quieter area. You could say we spent our entire vacation there. The only thing we didn't want was quiet music, otherwise everything is very good.

Didn't really like the area of ​ ​ the main pool, especially the restaurant. Some guests crawled out of the pool without even thinking to dry themselves with a towel and grabbed food. They try food with their hands, glass water from their hands straight into salad bowls, children are also allowed to serve themselves without being accompanied by their parents. I think this part of the hotel could be improved.
We are generally satisfied with our stay at Papillon Zeugma and would like to express special thanks to Murat, Ali, Anastasia, Sevek, Fatih and Bertour. They really tried and looked after us. Thanks for the hospitality.
