The stay at the hotel was not planned. everything happened spontaneously. but I do not regret not a gram.
I read in the reviews that the hotel is family-run, boring, etc. I can answer this one thing - if you are a boring person, then you will be boring absolutely everywhere! And it doesn't depend on the hotel. I was with a friend and we had fun.
in order:
1. flight and transfer. flew from Kyiv. I don't remember the airline, charter. flew normally, back worse due to turbulence. transfer quickly. the tour was bought from Coral. Arrived at lunch time, seated quickly.
2. number. how to say here. the room is large, if you hang over the railing again, you could see the sea.

everything is in the room, everything worked. the bathroom is large, towels were changed every day, shampoos, gels were also replenished as they were used. I brought all this with me, although the hotel shampoo and gel were also of normal quality (a friend used it), but the body lotion stank of a mixture of calendula with something incomprehensible...
the balcony in the room is also normal - there was enough space for two, there are chairs, an ashtray.
minibar is full. What I did not like was that they gave us a room for three, that is, with an extra bed. at first we were delighted and the extra bed was used as a trampoline. but starting from the second day, it began to be used as a wardrobe, bedside table and shelf. that is, things, cosmetics, cigarettes, bags and so on were piled on it. the view was terrible. but we could not force ourselves to remove all this. so the extra bed is evil.
besides this, as I understand it, there were no single rooms in the hotel at all. We met two Russian guys - they came paying for a single each, but their numbers were exactly the same as ours and a couple from Moldova had an identical number. another girl from Russia whom we met lived in the royal suite, also alone. I consider her lucky here.
3. food. it's very hard to stay hungry. Whatever your diet, lifestyle, a couple of extra kilos are provided to you. That's all and a lot. no one will let you into the main restaurant in a swimsuit and a pareo or beach shorts. like the image of the hotel. although by the faces of the vacationers one could say that everything is absolutely purple for what you are wearing - it's nice.
4. territory. I had 1.5 days to read reviews about the hotel. and I was most surprised that people write that the territory is small. 6.000 sq. m. is this a small area? 6 000 sq. m. here is a small one. and in Zugma the territory is large, not huge, but big! just as beautiful and well-groomed. perhaps during our stay it was not yet the season, since the hotel was filled by 60% no more and there was enough space for everyone everywhere. hence the conclusion - go to Turkey in June and warm and not crowded.
by the way - they saw a cat in the bungalow on the window, they concluded that you can come with home animals

6. entertainment. they are present. every evening there were performances on the main stage - a circus came, that is, acrobats, there were some kind of dances, etc. there were enough places for everyone, the waiters changed ashtrays and cleaned dirty dishes, for 1-2 dollars they brought drinks, nuts, chips.
disco. Here, of course, everything is sadder. the music is completely normal. but I didn’t see more than 15 people at the disco, and after 11 in the evening, when mothers and children went to sleep at the dancefloor, there were no more than 5 people left. we sat in a disco bar and played cards. it was more fun.
I would also like to express my deep gratitude to the animators (toli Dnepropetrovsk toli Kharkiv) for the invitation to go to Papillon Aisha - there they showed the musical "Notre Dame de Paris". I didn’t see the original, so I can’t judge, but their performance was decent. we went to Aisha calmly, no one asked anything. seats were at a table, took drinks and generally had a good time.
what most amused in hotels. electricity. I'm sure that many wrote it down as a minus of the hotel, I don't consider it as such. in the evenings and at night there were terrible power outages. the light just turned off from 1 to 10 minutes. We found all these interruptions either in the lobby bar or in the room or at the disco. it entertained us. although, of course, I wondered what it was like for people who at that moment were riding in elevators or trying to open a room. a couple of times the light went out in the shower. it was a little creepy because the bathroom is large, alien and standing in complete darkness under the sound of water was somehow uncomfortable...
Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel. so in the evenings in the lobby sat on the terrace - it was cool. alcohol at a high level. drank gin, whiskey and baileys - no complaints. wi-fi is normal, free.
played billiards and cards. we had fun - there were 6 of us (international party). We are still in touch with the guys.
I recommend the hotel - beautiful, comfortable. all at the highest level.
