We were in the hotel in 2019.2020 and now we are here again. The most beautiful time of 2019. Enough staff, fast service, no queues, delicious food with a new concept. The restaurants that were inside were by appointment, and I really wanted to go there. Feel the surroundings, the atmosphere, the clean waiters, white tablecloths, the impeccable menu that just distinguished these restaurants. Each had its own zest, its menu was carpaccio, lamb, fried ice cream and much more. Now these restaurants operate on the same menu. And it's terrible. Salads in which there is only grass, cold pasta, etc. The waiters do not understand anything, they confuse orders in serving. I didn’t wait for my drink for 40 minutes (it was, if I’m not mistaken, an Italian restaurant).
Only restaurants on the street have not lost face. Marine on the shore, and under the henesi bar. In general, everything is in crumbs, you will not find a place, you walk around with plates like a fool. For coffee, in general, the queue is insane, there are no hand napkins on the tables, the waiter has not been waited for all the days in general. We go for napkins ourselves. Tables in all bars except Irish PUB AND DAVIDAV) are dirty. They just don't wipe. In the buffet, a lady who bakes waffles with such a face does it as if I borrowed 10.000 from her in 2019 and still haven’t given it back))!! ! I wanted to smear this waffle in her face deep in her soul. I don’t even want to talk about carpets, paths and armchairs in the hotel itself. Animation in 2018 was cooler. Now it's not like that. There is no claim for children. Anastasia is amazing as always. People who are going with good memories of past times, do not go, do not spend money and not small ones... Whoever gets drunk to death and forgets can come here, but those who love comfort and silence with cleanliness bypass for 1000 km.
Now the influx of Kazakhstan and the holiday of Ramadan is coming. Accordingly, there are also a lot of Turks. Something indescribable is happening. I have never seen such a thing. They (all Kazakhs and Turks) come with large families at 6.30, run to take sunbeds by the pool and go to the sea themselves. The staff doesn't deal with it. Culture and decency are simply absent. Dirt, children easily kick all the doors with their feet and do not listen to anyone. There is much more to be angry about. There is only one conclusion. No change to an excellent Irish pub (well done guys, excellent cocktails) and cleanliness is present. Delicious coffee in DAVIDAV, children's animation. Everything else requires urgent resuscitation. Especially with the number of staff, it is not enough, with a concept that is so praised (it is better to remove these three shameful restaurants that are inside the hotel altogether). We will never go again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry for the money spent.
