Arrived on 07/18/2019. Settled pretty quickly and gave bracelets.
1. Food. In addition to the main restaurant, there are snack bars (with burgers and pizza, with hot dogs and shawarma, at certain times there are gozleme, waffles), so there is always somewhere to eat. The food quality is good, but there is always a queue for snack bars. For breakfast, they mainly give sausages, pancakes, scrambled eggs, french fries, cheese, sweets, Turkish delight. Everything is very delicious. But there are problems with lunch and dinner. The restaurant is crowded and hard to find a seat. The food is monotonous, if you want to take meat, wait in line. The hotel should have increased the number of dishes.
2. Bars. In total, there are 4 bars on the territory of the hotel: 2 beach bars, 1 on the -1 floor and 1 on the ground. The bars work well, the bartenders are virtuosos, they always want to pour you a drink, there is no queue. Many different cocktails, but alcohol, as in all hotels, is diluted.

3. Beach. There are places if you come at 9 am. The beach, as the staff says, with pebbles, in fact, in huge stones, it hurts to walk, it is better to go down and out of the pier. It is clear that the problem is not the hotel, but this is a little frustrating.
4. Entertainment. They were not particularly interested in them, but there are morning exercises, warm-ups, children's animation, parties, discos. If you go to bed at 22-23 then the music will be well heard in the room.
5. Number. Cleaned daily and EXCELLENT, the cleaning lady is friendly, as are all the staff. The mini bar is also replenished daily (2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of Pepsi, an analogue of Fanta and Sprite, beer). In one place, the wallpaper has peeled off, but it is not striking. The only negative is the frosted glass door to the toilet. For lovers. . .
6. Internet. It works, it doesn't work. On the beach catches, but not always.
7. Paid services. From the paid there are spa services, they were not used, but the safe is paid, 2 € per day...
In general, I liked the rest, if we consider each category separately, then there are cons.
P. S The guest relations manager kindly asks you not to write negative reviews on Tripadvisor, he says that everything will be reported to the reception and the problems will be solved.
