I want to share my impressions about the rest at the A11 hotel Cesme.
We left Moscow at 4 am, we were at the hotel at about 9 am. Upon arrival, we were given the guide's phone number on the voucher and sent to the bus that took us to the hotel.
About the hotel: This is not a 4 star hotel, the hotel draws on 2. The buildings are located with the letter P. There is a tiny pool in the middle. The hotel resembles a pioneer camp from the times of the USSR. The beach looks like a public one, broken glass and gobies are normal, although they clean it up. Umbrellas on the beach are about 1.5 meters, you can watch how guests periodically beat their heads from them. And since this hotel entered the European market only in 2019.90% of its guests are Turkish. We met 1 pair of Bulgarians, 1 pair of Germans, and a group of Belarusians. There are a lot of dogs that make a fuss around 4 in the morning.

Disappointment 1: At the reception we were told that although we have all inclusive, but according to the rules of the hotel, we can only have dinner. None of the staff speaks Russian, they explained in English that it was a long ride, that they didn’t feed on the plane, that we wouldn’t make it until dinner. They were quite convincing and we were allowed to eat. Those who do not speak English will remain hungry.
Disappointment 2: The food is exceptionally national-original, edible, but looks unappetizing. Later we learned that it is monotonous, as a rule, it is infested with flies. A hair was found in a piece of meat. For dinner, they cooked meat or grilled fish - then queues lined up.
Disappointment 3: No. If you think that you will get a room with a photo like on the site, then don't even hope. Initially, we paid for a standard room, but judging by the appearance, we got an economy one. There is no wardrobe, instead of it there is a shelf covered with a curtain, in the bathroom the shower cabin is only suitable for a child or a thin person, since the entrance to it is tightly and half closed with glass, the remaining opening is about 36 cm - a little more than 1.5 liter bottles of water. There are no shelves for shampoo or soap. There is a TV, but for some reason it is located in the corner in relation to the bed and there are no Russian channels, no matter how they tried to set it up. There is a safe, only the size of it is the size of a passport. Smaller than a cell phone, and it's glued to the shelf. Judging by the appearance of our safe, it was vandally opened several times. The door to our room seemed to have been opened repeatedly with our feet. Under the pad at the head of the bed there are holes through which insects climb. We learned after we saw a centipede crawling there. Condensate from the air conditioner flows into the room onto the tiles. Wet cleaning in the room was 1 time in 10 days. It seems that the rag was soaked, judging by the smell, in sewage, and then the floors were wiped. Drinking water is not replenished.
Disappointment 4: The beach resembles a public one, as it later turned out to be unguarded and public. Lots of broken glass and cigarette butts. Umbrellas are not taller than an adult, they are very low, which creates inconvenience. Towels faded, different types. The beach toilet does not close, all the locks are broken.

Disappointment 5. : The pool is very small for a large number of visitors.
Disappointment 6: The hotel has no animation at all, no shops and EVERYTHING closes at 23:00. It is stated that guests can go in for sports volleyball, darts and table tennis - I did not find where you can play and have not seen it once in 10 days.
Disappointment 7: . Russian-speaking Turkish guests of the hotel are treated with hostility.
Disappointment 8: Hotel guide Gulya never showed up at the hotel. Guests from Belarus called her by mobile phone 906373554025 and asked for help in resettlement. She answered rudely - “These are your problems, ” after which she blocked them. She can only be reached from the front desk. Information about the departure is not posted anywhere, there is no data at the reception, you have to call the guide. We almost got a taxi when asked what time the shuttle would pick us up? Gulya herself promises to call, but does not. We were told that she did not have time to come to our hotel.
Liked: clear sea. There is a market and shops 2.5 km away.
Do you still want to visit the A11 hotel Cesme?
If you do not pay attention to comfort, it does not matter to you what you eat and you like extreme rest, you are here.
