We were at the Sheraton Hotel in Cheshmi from 20.07. 08 to 4.08. 08. The staff experience is disgusting. The hotel is far from 5 star. The food in the restaurant is monotonous, specific, salty. The food is specially prepared all peppered and salty, so that you can buy water from them. Tea, water, coffee, drinks - all for a fee of 6 dollars. It is forbidden to bring food and water bought outside the hotel to the room, they will take it away without talking. They say buy everything at the hotel. And in the hotel, water and everything else is 10 times more expensive !! ! than in the city in the store. Very often there are parties on the beach in the evenings (since the hotel rents out the beach). Very noisy walking until late, in the room it is impossible to fall asleep. With us, a Turkish wedding was walking all night long, making noise, yelling, shooting. The pool at the hotel is paid! Although we were told in the travel agency that it is free You can visit the pool free of charge, provided that you take SPA procedures. Spa treatments cost between $140 and $500. In general, if we had not taken care of the transfer in advance, no one would have called for us. After we demanded the final bill at the reception, we were charged $500 more than we owed on this bill. I had to call the translator again and find out why they were billing us. After long clarifications on our cell phone of our translator and reception, it turned out that they were mistaken again, and these 500 dollars were not credited to us. If we hadn’t made a scandal again, or hadn’t checked what they were billing us for, we would simply have been shod for 500 bucks.
