The hotel is "weak", pulls on 4 with a minus, I don't understand why it is positioned everywhere as 5 *, even if there is a sign with 4 stars at the very entrance to the hotel.
The staff and at the reception no one speaks or understands Russian, mostly local Turks rest, many Poles, Russians and Ukrainians are very few (as I was told, this is such a region).
We arrived at the hotel at 6:30-7:00 in the morning, settled us at 14:00, as previously mentioned. We had a room without a balcony, these are rooms on the first floor. We tried to negotiate for a surcharge (we used a translator on the phone) so that we would be given a room with a sea view - we were turned down 400 euros. Perhaps at the reception the girl wrote an extra zero, but something like that.
The hotel itself, rooms and pools are clean.

Food is poor, a large selection of vegetables, fruits and pastries. Meat dishes and side dishes are not much choice. With such food for children, this is generally a problem, since there are a lot of seasonings everywhere and all the food is very monotonous. If the dinner is more different, then the dinner is generally very "poor". There are no soups at all and practically no fish either.
The hotel itself is 15-20 min. walk from the sea. Walk in the morning for pleasure, but not in the heat. A free shuttle runs every 20-30 minutes, it takes 5-7 minutes to get there. Ride starts from 8:30 in the morning until 21:30. It is quite convenient, we did not see any problems with this.
The beach is dirty. A lot of cigarette butts are lying on the beach, polyethylene and plastic. It brings a lot of algae from the sea and the water near the coast is not very clean. It is not clear why the hotel has its own beach, but there is no cleaning on it. I would really like that the sun loungers had soft mattresses, but alas, they are not there. (It was a little windy.
Animation only in the evening, somewhere from 21:00 to 23:00, on the territory near the pools and buildings, and that in Turkish. And so during the day just plays music. Foam parties on Fridays. On the beach, as indicated, there is no animation. It was boring. I rate it based on whether we returned to this hotel again - then no.
