We returned from Turkey on 10.07. 2012. rested in this hotel. when "Tez Tour" recommended this hotel to us, they told us 1) that it was a four star hotel (it doesn't even qualify for two). 2) that the hotel is family-run, food and animation there are adapted for vacationers with children. everything is a lie: all the food is very fatty and richly sprinkled with spices, children (and there were three of them with me, the youngest one), there was nothing to feed. Between the main methods, write no snacks. I overslept breakfast, which means I'm hungry until lunchtime !! ! lunch at 12.30, and dinner at 19.00, I had to quietly pick up food in a bag in a restaurant so that the children would not go hungry. for 12 days of our holiday, three animators have changed. children from entertainment could only offer darts and a couple of cheap cars. Turkish mosquitoes ate us all the rest, we even had to buy "fumitoks" for $ 6. all the animators offered adults to go to Alanya to discos for $ 10 (in the hotel there are dances for adults from 22.00 to 23.00), then everything closes, including the bars at the hotel!! ! the animator, because no one wanted to participate in his vulgar and primitive competition, was offended))) and canceled the disco! the staff is very rude, there was a lot of rudeness towards tourists. there were even fights between bartenders and vacationers. we wrote a complaint, signed by a large group of witnesses, that the bamen himself provoked and started a fight, but our statement "tez tour" and the hotel administration ignored! it is impossible to enter the sea, slippery and sharp stones, the beach is dirty, only three days before our departure there, a bar was finally opened, in which there is nothing but "yupi". when I flew to Turkey, I did not believe the reviews on the Internet about this hotel, I thought that people were exaggerating, how wrong I was. learn from my mistakes!! !
