We stayed at this hotel last year. I liked it very much. Check-in at 14.00, check-out until 12.00 from the room. Unfortunately, this year has been somewhat disappointing. First, the pros: The lobby is comfortable, but the air conditioning does not work. All windows are open (to the floor) due to this it is cool. The staff at the reception speak English. Russian is not familiar to them. But very friendly. In general, the entire staff is helpful, smiling and sociable. From manager to cleaners. The food is good - Turkish style. Too much pepper for my taste. Hearty and tasty food three times a day. Meal time 2-2.5 hours. Everyone succeeds. There are vegetables, fruits, sweet desserts, side dishes, usually 3-4 types to choose from, meat 2-3 types. There are about 10 types of snacks. 3 types of bread. drinks - tea, coffee, juices, water, soda, alcohol. The guys working on food service are quick, polite, they will always help mothers with children. You can get to the beach directly from the hotel, which is no longer on the entire promenade. The sea is clean. On the beach of the hotel, services for riding on cheesecakes, bananas, etc. for a fee. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every day, bed sheets are changed every 3 days, or as needed. The rooms themselves are spacious, each has a loggia, clothes dryer, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, safe. The mattresses on the beds are comfortable, the back does not hurt from them. In this regard, I am picky. Every day, except Sundays, programs are held at the hotel site: dances of visiting groups, performances by local artists, animators for children work. From 21 to 23. Not far from the hotel (5 minutes) there are disco clubs for lovers of nightlife. I can't say anything about them, I haven't. Well, everything seems to be there, BUT.... now the cons: the beach is too small for 300 people, despite the declared non-smoking area - many people smoke on the beach. There is no place reserved for this, and this process on the beach is not controlled in any way. Sit and sniff, whether you like it or not. During the day and in the evening there is 1 bar on the street, under awnings. Everything is great - everything is free. Next: the dining room - something this year, the air conditioners in it can not cope with the load due to their old age and deterioration. That's why it's hot to eat especially at lunchtime, when it's +35-37 outside. In addition, the ceiling is leaking, and periodically several tables are not involved in the process, which creates some inconvenience for those who want to eat. So: now - the rooms: the rooms themselves are spacious enough, which can not be said about the bathrooms. It feels like they are provided exclusively for dystrophics, and with gymnastic abilities. Not in all rooms, but in most. And the tap water is salty. Apparently something is not working somewhere. In the room itself, the claim is only to TV. I don’t know when these boxes were purchased, but in Russia I remember such boxes from the 80s. There is a huge plasma in the lobby - all Turkish channels. There is one Russian channel in the room - music. Everything. Now a little about something else. A lot of Turks rest in the hotel, for the most part they are smiling, friendly people. There are Russian families, Englishmen, Germans, Ukrainians. There were no conflicts, at least with me. There are exceptions in any nation, so you still need to behave with dignity, do not enter into skirmishes, a smile can solve a lot. Good luck everyone!
