We rested with my wife in Venos in the second half of June 2018. The tour operator is Annex Tour. The flight from Samara was carried out by Azur-Avia on a Boeing-757-200. There are no claims on the flight to Azur. Maybe this year it was just luck, or maybe the World Cup influenced, but everything was accurate, without delay and comfortable enough, if we talk about charters. Meals are standard: first water (juice, coffee, tea), then again the standard chicken with rice. By the way, on the return flight, all the same ordinary rolls with sausage and cheese. We have been flying Azur for the third year and everything is the same. We flew to Bodrum (Milas) even faster: instead of the usual 3.5 hours, we managed to do it in 3 hours “with a few pennies”, and back in general faster than 3 hours. For the flight, I would give Azura 4.5 points out of 5. Half a point was thrown off for the fact that the seats went to the penultimate row of the first cabin, that is, almost next to the toilets and the eternal queue for the toilets during the flight strained me a little. By the way, they flew back to absolutely the same places (here is the fate of the villain). Passport control and luggage went quickly to the hotel arrived in 1 hour 50 minutes. (We stopped at 2 hotels along the way). We arrived at the beginning of the 9th morning, the registration took about 20 minutes, after which they gave the keys to the room. The food at the hotel is very good, but boring quickly. Meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, seafood - everything was of high quality and, if possible, varied. Sometimes you think about what you would like to eat, but it is there. The only thing they didn't cook was the liver. There were queues in the dining room, but some selective ones, perhaps: for breakfast - for scrambled eggs, for dinner - for fried meat. If you don’t bother with this, then you can easily find a replacement for them and there are no problems at all. Just for some reason, in such a large hotel, only one cook fried eggs in the morning on two frying pans and gas burners, respectively. Last year, in Oludeniz, the hotel in 2 times smaller had 6 burners and 3 cooks, respectively. There were no queues, by definition. Loved the pizza at the snack bar. Alcohol is normal, that is, not that “AH ,,, ” but not outright swill either. The sea here is just wonderful: clean, cool, calm. Since the swimming strip is very wide (the depth starts very far from the coast), vacationers do not stir up the sea, so swimming is pleasant. We managed without "coral", sometimes pebbles that came across did not cause inconvenience. On the beach, sun loungers were occupied in the morning, if you want to lie under a canopy, you need to worry, at least before breakfast. But I noticed such a pattern that they occupied not because there were not enough sunbeds, they are just enough for everyone, but because everyone already wants to take 2 sunbeds for themselves: one in the shade, the other in the sun, probably too lazy to go there - move here already. And the alternative is simple: either in the shade, under a canopy, or in the sun, I counted no more than 2 dozen umbrellas on the entire beach. Before the trip, I read, as usual, reviews, where everyone wrote that there were very few Russians in this hotel, but upon arrival they found that, in fact, there were at least 30% of Russian speakers. About half of the vacationers were from Romania, Bulgaria, another 10-15% were Turks, and the rest were Poles, Germans, Anglo-Saxons, Scandinavians, etc. It was not always possible to take a nap on the beach, probably due to the mentality of the Romanians. Large companies are placed on the beach and they communicate quite loudly, and if another such company is formed at the other end of the beach, then you can completely forget about passive rest in silence. I can’t say anything about animation, I wasn’t interested, but from the outside it’s clear that they are trying: boccia, volleyball, aerobics (water and land), football and evening events gathered a lot of people. The rooms have everything you need: air conditioning, free electronic safe, tea and coffee, 1.5 liters of water, soap and water, towels and bed linen changed regularly and often. Cleaned daily, no complaints. For 1 dollar tip they decorated the bed, after all, the “life-giving buck” did its job in this hotel. The holiday turned out to be calm, family, just what we wanted. There is absolutely nothing to do outside the hotel, except for a leisurely exercise in the surrounding village, which you can get around in 30 minutes at a leisurely pace, and even go to Migros and buy something. True, there is a Migros of the “mini” category, that is, a store with an area of .10 x 10 m, where only the most necessary popular goods are sold. The hotel is wonderful for those who want to get a quiet, "seal" vacation, away from the hustle and bustle. The concept and location of the hotel are very good.
