I chose the hotel based on the description, reviews, location. I liked it, it was in my price range. We arrived early, around 12.00-12.30 we were settled, we waited a bit, but without tension. They apologized to us 10 times, so everything was ok. Good area of the hotel, pleasant. green. Nice 2 pools, liked everything. The embankment was on the outskirts of the city, so shops, restaurants nearby. Sea across the promenade. Food and service are top notch. The hotel is British, mostly British vacationers, so everything is ok there. We had a normal, nice room with cosmetic repairs, not new, but quite normal. The tour guide offered, but since we are not the first time in this area, we did not use it, I can’t say anything about this.
