We rested in Tuan for 2 weeks. We lived in a tuana club - these are buildings that are closer to the sea. So these buildings are not quite new and the rooms are very modest. The locks were constantly broken in the room, being locked in the room is not very pleasant. On a number of requests to fix the problem or move to another room, we were given a large unbent paper clip and showed how to open the door with it. We considered this a mockery, although the problem was immediately resolved after we asked our guide to personally talk with the staff. Returning from the beach, we found a normally working castle. The room is very modest, the balcony is small. But we, in principle, planned to spend all the time on the beach, so we were not embarrassed.
The food is varied, tasty, no one was hungry.
The beach is sand and pebble, the sea is good. Nice view of the islands. By the way, I highly recommend going on a tour of the islands - very beautiful.

The kids club is really great. The kids didn't want to stay with their parents and kept asking to be taken back to the kids club. So the parents were left to their own devices. : )
The animation was good, every evening they came up with something new and funny.
What is really chic in this hotel and what distinguishes it from other hotels and despite modest amenities attracts a huge number of vacationers is the territory. Very well-groomed territory, just a riot of colors. If you do not like hotels consisting of one large building, but you prefer small cottages in the midst of chic nature - you are here! It is really difficult to find a hotel with a similar territory.
In general, the hotel is not bad.
