I will say right away - I have never left reviews before, but here I decided to express my impression. We flew with Anex tour. Two adults and two children - 3 years and 9 months. There are no questions for the tour operator. What I want to say about the hotel:
1. Nature is really very beautiful! Territory well-groomed. In my opinion, they devote much more time and attention to the territory than to everything else.
2. The rooms are really terrible! We walked around a lot of them while we settled. There are few rooms after renovation on 3 floors. We lived for 2 days in an old room in the Park zone (by the way, it was much better than the old ones in the Club), but on the 3rd day we paid $ 60 extra and moved to a new room in the Club zone in cottage 22. In my opinion, this is the best villa for those who rest with children - close to the sea, quiet (only roosters interfere at night) and not as hot as at 10-11.
3. Cleaning in the rooms. When we lived in the park area, the room was cleaned every day. And at 22 for a week they only changed towels and threw out the garbage, until on the last day I went up to the girls and asked to clean the bathroom and wash the floor (. By the way, the staff does not speak English (even for money), so I explained it in sign language.
4. Nutrition. The food is tasty, but rather monotonous. Especially frustrated breakfast - every day the same thing. And further! If your child does not eat fries and hamburgers (children's menu), then it will be difficult for you to feed him. There is nothing for kids. Diet table - every day 2 times - boiled carrots, potatoes, rice, chicken.
5. Beach. And what upset me the most was the entry into the sea. It is really very inconvenient to go on sharp stones. The child was carried in their arms. And the sea for 7 days out of 9 was very muddy and dirty, foam floated, so you could only swim from the pier.
6. Animation was not attended, so I can not say anything.
7. Internet only at the reception and at the bar.
