By taxi, about 10 km you can drive to the beach, where the lagoon has good, crystal clear and blue water. This is my second time in this hotel and I love it. There are 2 luxurious pools on site. The travel agency, at our request, wrote a letter stating that it is extremely important to provide a room with one large double bed and one small (not a sofa). We received a response that they would forward the request to the guest relations department. What was our surprise when we were settled in a small room with two single beds and a sofa pushed together!!!
When asked to change the room or provide a single bed, we received a response that the hotel was very busy and could not change the room, and provided a cot 2 cm longer than the unfolded sofa and occupying the remaining free space in the room. In the end, we had to stay in this room and put a chair under our feet so that they did not hang down. In fact, this is a room for two, but in no case for three. That's for sure.
And this is a five-star hotel!
Of course, no one offered to refund the difference in cost, or to replace the number later.
