The hotel itself is located in a picturesque place, the main restaurant offers a beautiful view of Mount Babadag, well-groomed territory, a lot of greenery, a good pool. The room was given in a very bad location (1101), the first floor, on the contrary - a shared shower room, you can even hear the ringing of appliances from the restaurant, the children are running around yelling and the heels of the ladies and the flip flops of vacationers. Terrible soundproofing in the room. They asked twice to change the room, they said that there were no available rooms, and they might appear later, but they were never relocated (there were the last days of Bayram, maybe not). By the way, they announced that they knew about this problem of this room...

Animation is not every day, but every other day, I really liked the fire show, empty days were karaoke. The food is good, but there were frankly rubbish: they served mashed potatoes, but in fact - fast food like roltonmivin... they were shocked, it's good that it was 1 time).

There were also very tasty dishes, thanks to the chefs, especially the confectioners, the desserts were amazing!
Cleanliness - everywhere they wash, clean, the room was clean, but there is mold on the walls in the shower. The maid cleaned very well, we always left a tip, towels changed daily, no questions asked.
The staff is generally friendly, friendly, they settled at 11:30, because after the night flight we just already slept in the lobby, I would have known that such a bad room, it would have been better to wait 14:00, although I doubt that they gave something better...
I would like more care for the guests on the part of the receptionist, and solving problems, rather than ignoring them.
