We stayed 10 days in this hotel. Unfortunately, a good impression of the rest was spoiled due to dishonesty or negligence (I suppose the first one) of the staff at the reception: when checking out from the hotel, we were presented with an invoice for using the safe, which we had already paid for upon arrival! And since another shift (night shift) was on duty at that time, a young man answered our objections that our payment was not displayed on the computer. It is clear that there was no time to find out the reasons - the bus to the airport was waiting for us, we had to pay... As far as I have heard, this is a very common practice. I advise you to be careful! : )
