The problems started when we booked the hotel. We did not refuse only because the other 2 hotels that we were interested in were fully booked for the required dates.
I note right away that we were alone and a room for 2 people for 8 nights
The list of hotel services includes a transfer, which means that the hotel orders a car for the client from the airport and back. But this hotel has its own vision of what a transfer is. They just sent me an email from some Papyrus agency, through which I myself had to order a car. After complaining to the booking office through which they made the reservation, they still ordered a car, albeit with difficulty. That is, the service is indicated, but in fact the hotel does not provide it.
This hotel also charges a 30% deposit and free weekly cancellation. This is the first time I meet such conditions.

When we arrived at the hotel and got out of the taxi, no one got out and took our suitcases. We drove them ourselves, first to the reception, and then to the room.
An absurd situation for a hotel that writes that it is 5 *.
When you enter a building, the first thing you smell is the smell of moisture, like in an indoor swimming pool. It's at the reception.
The design style is a boarding house or sanatorium from the times of the Soviet Union. The floor is a mixture of tiles and parquet. The parquet is swollen in many places. The tile is very badly cracked. It is impossible not to pay attention to this.
Also in some places swollen ceiling. It has clearly been leaking for a long time, but no one has repainted it.
Everything is the same in the hotel. Not only at the reception. The visual feeling that I arrived at the hotel with a maximum of 3 stars.
Since we arrived a couple of hours before check-in, it was possible to walk around the hotel and its territory.
We saw the following (in addition to the dismal state of the hotel):
1. The contingent of the hotel - people of age. A huge number of elderly, which further enhances the impression that you are in a sanatorium or boarding house in the Russian Federation.
2.
A huge number of Russians and Ukrainians, which was a huge minus for us. Before that, they flew to Fethiye precisely because there were practically no compatriots and Russian speakers there before.
3. The hotel has 2 swimming pools. One big and noisy and the second, further away, which is quieter. But both pools have dirty sunbeds with yellow stains. Touching them and changing the slope is extremely unpleasant. In places where you can take towels, they are often not available (the next day we were convinced that this was indeed the case).
4. Go to the sea for at least 5 minutes down the mountain in a roundabout way between the trees. Excuse me, how can this be called "First Line"?
The beach itself is tiny. Several sun loungers are literally stuck on it and huge dried bushes and stones are lying around.

It is impossible to enter the sea from this "beach". It's all in the rocks. There is a small pier. On it you can go down the stairs and flounder a little in the sea.
This is all communication with water.
5. The beach and multi-level pool, which are indicated in the photo, are not in fact!
The bottom line is that this Sentido hotel is positioned as a hotel for adults. Children under 16 years old are not formally allowed there (in fact, on the very first night, 2 children screamed and jumped at the Ukrainians from the next room until they were reprimanded).
But it's on the same property as the Liberty Hotel, which accepts children. These 2 hotels are separated only by barred doors and locks. From Sentido you can safely walk to its territory. In Sentido from Liberty, entry is possible, but only without children (formally without).
The beaches and multi-level pool in the photo on the hotel website and on Booking are actually located on the territory of Liberty, where there are a huge number of screaming and flickering children. That is, you buy a hotel stay without children, but in fact, if you want to swim in the sea and have a more or less normal beach, you still have to go to the territory of the Liberty Hotel with children.
Moreover, this hotel is not worth the money that is asked for it.
We were offered to see the number and promised to voice our claims to the management. They asked me to wait for an answer.
While going to the room, we made sure that the tiles were cracked everywhere, and the parquet was swollen. Renovation of the building of the soviet level. Dirty carpets on the floor. Etc.

What we found in the room:
1. The same stale smell as at the reception.
2. Bathroom without a door. That is, in a double room in the bathroom arch. Entering it, you see 2 transparent, not dense, doors with huge spans from above. One covers the shower, the other the toilet.

If there is more than one person in the room, it is not possible to use the toilet in principle. No sounds or smells are hidden at all. And to go to the toilet, you have to kick the neighbor out of the room. And at night? An elementary descent of the tank or washing hands will wake you up.
For the first time in my life I see such wildness ...
3.2 towels per person.
One big and one small. What is it like? That is, I can’t take a shower and wash my hair. Or this or that. Since I have nothing to wipe the second one with.
4. In the shower of the new room, I found black hair.
5. No slippers in the room.
6. One bottle of water for 2 guests.
7. View from the window at a construction site in the middle of the forest.

We returned to reception and demanded a refund. We were not ready to go into such conditions. Especially for such money.
At first they refused us, then they began to lie that they would return the money, but booking is against it, etc.
I wrote a complaint and the money was returned
Omitting details, only the next day we managed to get in touch with the manager.
It was difficult to agree on a refund, but they returned the money only partially (two were forced to live, but did not return for 3 + losses on conversion).
We moved to another hotel after 2 days.

And the most interesting thing we saw at the exit. At the reception there are 2 signs that the hotel is 4 *, not 5 *.
I have all the photos.
I do not know who and why puts such a high rating on this hotel.
Taking into account the fact that booking does not publish my review and photo, I can assume that the reviews are wiped.

For what we saw during the 2 days of forced residence in it, I would not have paid a ruble.
