Family vacation at the end of July/beginning of August. It started from arrival (we had a rest, by the way, through Pegas-Touristik): we arrived at the hotel at about 7 in the morning, filled out the paperwork (no one knows how to fill it out, there is no sample to fill out, with the Russian language at the reception is also strained). It turned out that our rooms would be ready only after 12 o'clock. To our stupid question, “Why is that, we have children, but where to change clothes and what should we do until that time? ” answers were received (a more or less Russian-speaking person appeared) such as “In our hotel, guests check out after 12 pm, before 2 pm cleaning, so like this”, “And you can change clothes in that room under the stairs, there or you can leave your things - no one will take them from you”, “And until 14.00 you can walk around the hotel, have breakfast, go to the beach, in a word it’s very nice to see you here and you can use all the benefits of the hotel. ” And the fact that some of us could hardly endure the flight, someone was just tired and wants to relax in a room, for which, by the way, has already been paid for the whole day - all this is a factor of little concern to anyone: “It's like that in our hotel! ". And it turns out that we paid for the room for the whole day, but we can actually settle only after the previous vacationers leave from there, i. e. not earlier than 12.00, or even later due to the time for cleaning. Since they get such overlays (as I understand it, this is with absolutely everyone, because most of this race (including us) really received numbers only after 12.00 - the conclusion is obvious! ), it is necessary to provide temporary numbers, where it would be possible to temporarily settle the new arrivals before preparing their numbers, i. e. create something like "guest, temporary rooms" for 3-5 hours. So, leaving all things at the reception, we went to breakfast. The score is two.
Food. For almost 2 weeks of rest, there has never been porridge (this is an amateur, but all the same... ). Hot, salads, everything is quite varied, only many dishes are VERY spicy (again, for an amateur, but what's the difficulty - you put pepper on the table (besides, it was there) and ALL! ), there was a barbecue baked on fire fish, chicken in various forms, etc. Sweet: cakes are VERY heavily soaked in syrup (again, not for everyone, but the three of us liked only 2-3 out of 7-10 varieties), their assortment practically did not change; jams and sweets poured into small waffle cups - just SUPER! ! But there is a problem with vegetables and fruits: watermelons are green, pears are wooden (although some people like wooden ones), there were no oranges AT ALL, melons looked like watermelon, there was normal grapes, peaches were sweet, apricots were green. Food - four points with a minus (minus - for spicy food and cakes, a point - for fruit).
Beach. With free sun loungers, sandy, clear water - of all this, the full truth is free sun loungers, the controversial truth is clear water (either algae float, then some kind of foam of unknown origin; however, there was water and transparent and, most importantly , WARM: you come in and don’t want to jump out after 5 seconds, as in Socha) and it’s absolutely not true - a sandy beach. The whole beach is sand mixed with pebbles: you can walk, but it's unpleasant. You go into the sea (again, you go, cursing, along the sand-pebble mixture, waddling like a chicken... ), after 2 meters (depth - 70-80 centimeters) the sandy bottom begins - GRACE! Total: clear water - the truth is controversial, not dependent on the hotel, because this is mother nature; the sandy beach is a lie, because it was possible to bring sand and not deceive tourists, and the most vile thing is to go these unfortunate 2 meters to the sandy bottom - a trifle, but unpleasant; the only merit of the hotel is equipped sun loungers, there are trash cans (they are cleaned periodically), a pier with running water, a volleyball court. The path to the beach is a path between trees, covered with small, sharp, stone chips, along which it is impossible to walk barefoot (which is sometimes desirable, but... there are no people among us who enjoy walking on sharp stones). Also, along the entire length of the road to the beach there is not a single bench on which one could sit and “listen to the silence”. In parallel, a fairly strong stream flows, originating in... the hotel and flowing somewhere. In this stream there were frogs, crabs, even some kind of snake. FUN, especially for kids! The beach is triple.

Swimming pool on site. Warm, clean. True, the nursery was closed 2 times for cleaning - something got clogged there. In the adult pool, periodically held aqua aerobics, played water polo; the nursery heated up in the evening, so that the children did not climb out of it. I liked the anthem of the hotel, under which the animators and vacationers danced at 17.15. Basin - five.
Territory. The territory is well-groomed, regularly watered, swept, the grass is weeded and cut with lawn mowers. In the evenings, especially at the disco, mosquitoes ate and these reptiles have some kind of immunity against our anti-mosquito aerosols. Territory - four with a minus (point with a minus - for mosquitoes).
Number. The first impression is terrible: we went into the room - a persistent smell of dampness and mold. They told about it at the reception - the cleaning lady came, sprinkled with air freshener and immediately “No problem? ”. Time passed, the air freshener disappeared - dampness again triumphed. Somehow we spat on this matter and stayed until the end of the vacation. I can't speak without swearing about the quality of the renovation of a four-star hotel room. Ants periodically ran into the room from the balcony to rest in the coolness - so that it would not be boring in a room with rare but nasty mosquitoes. Accordingly, because of the dampness, nothing dried out - elementary swimming trunks dried for 2 days, the floor in the toilet did not dry out at all ! ! The score is two.
Tours. The excursions were organized by the representative of Pegas Krainova Elena. After talking with some of the vacationers, we realized that Elena is an outstanding person. Elena offered us an excursion to 12 islands: “. . . a wonderful yacht, if there are many of you (10-12 people), then there will be an INDIVIDUAL tour for you, i. e. only you will be on the yacht, you will have an individual Russian-speaking guide, on which of the islands you tell the yacht to stop, it will stop there... ”. Our big company liked it, we paid money, got something like a yacht pass. It’s probably too much to say about punctuality (although this does not depend on Krainova Elena). We waited an extra 20 minutes - a yacht full of people swims up - this is the first. We were let through by the issued pass – well, at least the truth turned out to be here. And the guide was Russian speaking. True, they immediately began to tell us about ". . . an excursion to 7 islands... " - after the "individual tour" we simply did not want to deal with the lost five islands. I think it is not necessary to explain what the mood of the majority was. Special thanks to the guide - he told interesting things, cited life facts, told about the island with an unmarried millionaire oligarch (although the oligarch did not fly by helicopter for lunch - business is above all! ). brought to the first beach: mud, bottles, wrappers are lying around, there are only stones all around (was it worth it to go from one stone to another? ), but the water is transparent, transparent and warm. Then we swam several more times in the open sea, the water is clear and warm. We fed well on the ship: tiki salad, chicken, or fish to choose from, watermelons were even much more ripe than in the dining room. Total: for the excursion - five, for the deception by Elena - two, the average - three. Moreover, this is not the first case of Elena Krainova “embellishing” all kinds of excursions. We also went to Dalyan. It was promised "an unforgettable meeting with sea turtles... ride, most likely not work, but you can take pictures. " Well, we didn’t take the child, otherwise we would have to make ourselves hara-kiri on the spot for such a turtle. Although the tour itself is interesting, informative. Right on the boat we were offered a boiled crab for 7 American rubles - they ate it for a sweet soul! Why tell people that ". . . you can take pictures with turtles... ", if they are just lured to the surface with crab bait - at best, you will have time to photograph a turtle in the water and that's it. The last straw, after which the final opinion about Krainova Elena was made, was a shopping tour organized by her. At the appointed time, we arrived at the reception - there was no transport. We are patiently waiting. 10 minutes. 15 minutes. 30 minutes - ". . . and in response, silence... ". In short, on this day, for some reason, the shopping tour did not take place - they moved it to the next one. Elena, of course, wildly apologized, but the sediment remained. The very next day, the shopping tour finally HAPPENED - honor, praise and a huge human thanks to Krainova Elena, who competently organized this tour!!!

Disco. Children's disco - it's for children. So what kind of person do you have to be to drown out children with music: the child ran away from the stage, because it was very loud and his ears started to hurt. And I believe the child, because. he himself was sitting on a bench 10-15 meters away and his ears were pawned! This is the first. I go to the reception - it turns out that I'm not the only one so gentle on the ears and my appeal is not the first, but they can't solve anything with loud music. The second is the monotonous repertoire of the children's disco - the same songs were played all the time during the rest. So even a child on the 3rd day began to ask questions and had to come up with leftist excuses like “. . . they don’t have other songs... they have another disc with new songs scratched and therefore does not play... ” and similar heresy.
