Hello. I want to share my opinion about this hotel. The hotel was offered in a travel agency, according to a high rating and ratings. I am an experienced tourist, I have been to many countries, I have lived in luxury 5 "hotels and hostels, I have something to compare with. I apologize in advance for the "many letters" and, perhaps, excessive emotionality....The hotel used to deserve its high rating, but since this year it has been leased. And there are internal conflicts between part of the old team and the team that came with the new owner. And it feels real. But the tourists don’t care about this, we came to get a paid 5-star vacation, but alas... did not work out ((.
I'll start with the pros:
1. The territory is compact, cozy, green, fenced, which is important for families with children. Huge pool with water slides, sun loungers around the pool and on the beach are always in abundance. A huge plus for the fact that the water in the pool is disinfected, I personally saw the operation of the device.

2. The number of rooms is excellent, the rooms are spacious, almost all of them can see the sea and mountains in one way or another, it is not necessary to overpay for a direct view of the sea, comfortable beds, a sofa, furniture and a clothes dryer on the terrace. The furniture is new, the interior is thought out everywhere, a single concept in the Mediterranean style is everywhere - in the rooms, corridors, halls.
3. The beach is sandy, clean, the entrance to the sea is very gentle, fenced with a tape with buoys, everyone is constantly swaying on the waves, excellent relaxation and almost safe. Beyond the territory across the road, by the way, there is another beach, a 7-minute walk, open, also full of sunbeds, the beach and the entrance to the sea are small pebbles, and the depth is very close, who are interested in swimming like an adult))).
4. Restaurant and food for 4. It seems that they are only gaining momentum... Waiters and cooks for the most part are not trained, constantly had to make comments to the manager. But, it should be noted, he reacted mostly adequately, especially after my conversation with the owner of the hotel, and promptly took action.
5. There is quite a nice team at the reception, the reception manager is a very attentive lady, she tries to figure it out, solve problems, help.
6. Special thanks to the Hamam team! Thanks for your professionalism guys! You helped a child and me with problem backs. Emre is a doctor of "golden hands"! And it was just a pleasure to communicate with you - a lot of positive!
This is where the positives end. . . The rest are sheer cons.
I'll start from the oven. A lot has been written about the location of the hotel, yes, this is a paradise for introverts. They brought us at about 9 o'clock in the morning, broken and tortured by the flight and the terrible race of the driver of the Intourist transfer "gazelle" along the serpentine. But, despite the fact that we purchased a tour package, and did not book a hotel on our own, we were settled only at 14:00. Strange, they settle everywhere as tourists arrive, when purchasing a tour package. We sat and then lay in the lobby near the reception. It was stuffy, the air conditioners either did not cope or did not work. The abundance of artificial flowers caught my eye. Unusual for a 5 star hotel in a southern country…

We settled in, we liked the room with the child at first glance, we took a shower (from bath accessories - shampoo, shower gel, soap, everything is simple, economy class, there are no soap dishes and glasses for toothbrushes in the room) and went to explore the territory. The flowers turned out to be artificial everywhere inside the building - in the halls, corridors, on the stairs... In our room there was a vase "under the stone" gray, with two artificial roses! Guys, are you serious? You accept Slavs - the hotel is mostly Russians and Ukrainians. You would at least for decency take an interest in customs....We put 2 roses in a stone vase on the grave. I carried them out into the hallway.
It is very good that there are water slides in the pool. But it is strange that at the top no one directs the process of riding children from them, and they are very tall and steep. It is also strange that the slides work only during the day, in the heat of the moment from 11 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm, when children are not recommended to be let out in the sun. A lot of kids burn and get sick for this reason. It would be nice to put an awning over the pool at least in a small area from the sun, there really is nowhere to hide, and it’s impossible to pull the kids out of the water, and there’s nothing else to do during the day.
The main problem of the hotel is unsanitary conditions and dirt. Our Rospotrebnadzor would definitely close them. There is no cleaning as such, from the word at all, or rather, they are, but they don’t do shit! And everyone writes about it first. In the room we washed the floor for 3 weeks ONCE! And then after I demanded to organize a meeting with the owner of the hotel. Boiled. He is not always in this hotel, although, probably, at the stage of launching the service, more personal control is needed. I told him about everything that I tried not to pay attention to at first, but when beach towels began to disappear from the room after cleaning (and there was a fine for their loss, in fact), personal items strangely moved around the room in our absence, and then disappeared altogether from the table the fruit we bought at the market, patience is over. She suggested that the owner show particularly problematic areas in his hotel, he said that it was very important and interesting for him, but the matter did not go further than this. True, the right hand of the owner, the entertainment manager Borak, unequivocally offered to brighten up my leisure time after my communication with the owner. Dear Borak, you are fit for my sons. And the quality of my leisure time will not make your hotel cleaner, pick up a rag better if you have so much free time.
A girl who was vacationing in a family room with 2 children said that they broke into their room without permission. It was like this - she put the children to sleep in the second room, rested herself, put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, suddenly noticed a shadow and steps from the door, two people were walking - a woman and a man in shorts. She almost screamed in fright, it’s good that the children were sleeping, otherwise they would have had to be reassured. It turns out that some thing fell on their balcony from above, and this rapid response group went to the "case". They, like, knocked, but they didn’t open it, so you can enter! No need to call, wait for the owners, no - it's a matter of extreme urgency! The logic is crazy! By the way, the man was still the same caring Borak.

Srach (sorry) everywhere - in the corridors in the decorative windows there is a layer of bird droppings, on artificial flowers there is a thick layer of dust, behind all the tubs in the corners there is dust, garbage. On the stairs near the hammam between the first and second floors, under the flowers of Bougainvillea, there were sticky puddles from watermelon with the corpses of flies all 3 weeks! Guys, who is resting now, take a look for the sake of interest? Haven’t washed it yet? )))) In the room in the shower there is a lump of hair in the drain, on the balcony there are someone’s clipped nails on the floor, there is a sandbox under the rug by the sofa, it has never been lifted, vacuumed or washed under it. The cleaners don't even have vacuum cleaners. Web behind the closet. But regularly after cleaning, it became less by 1-2 bottles of shampoo gels - both laughter and sin! )))) There is a terrace in front of the balcony (the roof of the first floor), it is full of garbage - bottles, rags, bags, etc. Nobody has ever cleaned it. There is also a lot of rubbish in the area.
There is no escape from flies and wasps in the restaurant! Well, would you at least hang sticky tapes or what? Dogs walk around the territory, begging near the tables. On the tables, which are near palm trees, ants crawl, bite painfully. The waiters are completely untrained, they wear masks on their chins, sometimes they reach for dirty plates without asking, across the table, over food, sometimes they can’t get through when there is nowhere to sit, the tables are dirty. It would be nice to pay attention to the dishes - cups and plates through one with broken edges, poorly washed. Well, it’s not solid to save so much in a five-star!
The beach... is nearby, fenced off by a fence with some kind of burlap, creating the feeling of an unfinished construction site. Stray dogs roam freely along the beach, huge, several individuals. The waves are decent, but like on the slides, there are no employees or lifeguards in sight….
In general, this hotel is not worth that kind of money now! Not up to 5 stars.
