Отель - ужасный!!!! The hotel is terrible!

I chose this hotel because of relatives who chose this hotel from Arkhangelsk, and I am from Ukraine. My relatives visited the hotel on May 6.2015, but since the hotel was not ready to receive tourists, they were placed in Sailors Beach. And I stopped by this hotel on May 9 and it was also not ready to receive tourists, but it was opened to the flow of money to the owner, unfortunately forgetting about tourists !!! ! The hotel rooms are not bad, but they have no chairs, no table in the room, no mini bar, no safe. The area is very small and unkempt. Flowers were planted on May 14th. The bar was opened on May 14th. In principle, the hotel was supposed to open on May 13-14, but this owner of the hotel simply robbed us all who stopped by from May 9-13 !!!! ! Having taken our money for the rest, our health and our nerves!!! ! Meals in the hotels were not all inclusive, but all off. There was practically no food. Butter for breakfast began to be given from May 12. Service is terrible. Employees are not competent to solve any issue. Did not like - NOTHING!! ! This hotel cannot be recommended to ANYONE. If you want to spoil your holiday, then this is the hotel for you. But seriously, this hotel does not match the price and quality. For this price you can find 4 or even 5 in Kirishi. And it is a pity for this hotel to put even 2, not to mention their 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
